Cette maison de lac est une nouvelle construction en 2018 et est parfaitement située pour regarder le coucher de soleil sur Crosslake. Il a également un quai pour l'usage de locataire, et un rivage de lac de baignade sable pour des heures de plaisir de sports nautiques pendant votre séjour.

Great open spaces for hanging out and relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. Would recommend it!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet bay....The lot is fantastic for yard games and other activities. Plenty of room for our family and the bunk room was a plus for the grandkids. Swimming area was perfect along with the firepit. Thank you for a wonderful time full of memories.

Great house for a group

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is much larger than it looks from the outside and has lots of space to hang out together. Erin's communication was great and she was very helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Family fun

This home gives us the space we need for our large extended family to gather with all the needed amenities. The sand beach is great for our little ones to play and the dock is perfect for our two boats and dock fishing.

This is the second time staying at Ivy Lane. It accommodates the entire family very comfortably. Has a great flat yard for playing yard games. Lake access it great.

33rd Annual Fishing Opener

This place is just great. Perfect for a large family group. Indoor and outdoor spaces are plentiiful. Never used the beach and dock, but it is shallow for a perfect spot for kids to swim and play. We will book this again.

Exceptional views & home

Our group spent most of the chilly weekend around the beautiful kitchen & fireplace. There is so much space for many people and the finishes are well executed. The area is fun & this place is close to it all! We will come back!

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-11), this place was perfect. There was so much space, it never felt crowded. From a fully equipped kitchen to board games and sand toys, we were in need of nothing! The sandy beach and shallow shore were great for playing and floating. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Annual Family Vacation

We have been renting every year since 2018!! We just love this Ivy Lakehouse. It has everything!! Spent a lot of time fishing, boating, and making bonfires at night!! Very Spacious, our grandkids just love the bunkbed room!! Erin is wonderful to work with!! We can't wait until next year!!

Great summer get away.

Beautiful new home! Plenty of bedrooms. The bunk room is a huge hit with the kids! Great waterfront property, a beautiful yard for kids to run and play. Home owner was very easy to work with. Responded to any questions that came up immediately. Would definitely book this property again!!

Amazing Week!

We stayed at the property June of 2022 what a week!!! The property has everything you need! It is absolutely beautiful! A relaxing location in a bay perfect for water skiing, tubing and fishing. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Our second time renting.

Family vacation

This is a great property!! We have stayed at several different properties in the Brainerd area, this was by far the best! Beautiful cabin, plenty of room for the whole family. There were 16 of us, ages 9 months to 92. Flat lot for all our games and competitions. Sand beach for the young kids to build sand castles. Water was warm and extremely clear compared to other lakes in the area. Owners were very responsive when we had any questions. Will definitely be returning!!

Rained out golf outing

Rented a boat the beach was PERFECT for, enjoyed the patio the first night and spent the rain day having a poker tournament with Jenga in the screen porch! The fireplace was great, we got to watch the Twins and some playoff games, everyone was very impressed with the house and loved it!

Wonderful Crosslake Home

We had a wonderful time at Ivy Lane. We are a multigenerational family of 15, ages 1 to 69. There was ample space for everyone to gather for meals and socializing/games. There are more than enough beds with the amazing bunk room. The gradual access to the sandy beach and swimming area are wonderful. The hosts, The Olsen’s, are great. They respond quickly to all questions and were very helpful. This is our 7th year and we’ve already reserved for next year!

We are a family of five from the Twin Cities and have been enjoying the Crosslake area for over 15 years. My husband and I were married in the Crosslake area over 10 years ago and have fallen in love with the area. Both of us come from large families and enjoy having a place where we can spend quality time with our all our friends and family doing the things we love most.
We own and manage 5 rental properties in the Twin Cities and as well as run a successful Real Estate business. Crosslake is our place to relax and enjoy time together with family and friends. It truly is our home away from home.

When we first step foot on Ivy Lane we knew it was a special place. It has a quiet and peaceful ambiance as it's tucked back in the South Bay of Crosslake, which gives you the feel of being on your own personal lake, but yet gives you access to the entire Whitefish Chain of lakes. The lakeshore was a hard sandy bottom making it the perfect swimming beach.

The lakeside of the house faces West to get perfect views of the summer sunset off the back patio. Ivy Lane has an accessible entrance and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. We added a 16' expansive double sliding french door off the back to bring the outdoors in. We also added a screened porch off the back so you can enjoy the outdoors even after sunset without the bugs.
