The large and beautiful beach is not crowded and features a lifeguard every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A short 5 minute car ride to the boardwalk or approximately 10 minute walk to the beach!

When you're ready to relax, unwind, and rinse the sand off, head back to the colorful and spacious interior of your home away from home. The living room, decorated in a nautical color palette, provides ample seating and soft furnishings, and large TV. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
