Awesome stay by the beach!

Had a great stay at this property! The place was clean and looked just as pictured. Easy walk or drive over to the beach with lots to do in the area. The host Lina was very responsive and helpful.

Host was excellent - quick communications. Nice kitchen cookware. Home info on Vrbo needs to be updated to show that one of the bedrooms now has a queen bed instead of bunks - which was a nice surprise actually. Not sure the the cleaning crew vacuumed between guests as the floors had a layer of sand everywhere. Overall, a good experience.

Great Place, Great location

The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning didn't push up to the 3rd floor very well. That happens to be where all the bedrooms are at.

Perfect, large home, close to beach w' tons of amenities!

We had an amazing vacation in this lovely beach home. The house was huge with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house was immaculate with beautiful furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. The amenities were such a bonus....there was sunscreen, aloe vera, coffee, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and wagons to haul it all to the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out when we were home. The walk to the beach was easy. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach vacation rental! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, or you can drive to a nearby access point in minutes.The home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it perfect for our group. The washer and dryer were especially helpful with a baby in tow, and we appreciated little conveniences like the garage and hose out front to rinse off sand after beach days.While the Bethany Beach Boardwalk is about a 25-minute walk, it was an easy drive with nearby parking. We loved being close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and local shops, but just far enough for a peaceful, laid-back stay.If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped, and family-friendly rental in Bethany Beach, Delaware, we highly recommend this one!

Great townhouse with tons of space

Had a family Bethany beach trip and rented Lina’s townhouse, which was great! It felt and looked bigger in person, nice surprise. Additionally the kitchen is very well stocked with nice quality pots, pans, dishes etc. it’s truly done as more of a home than a skimpy rental in that regard. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the towel situation, there’s no beach towels and every bathroom only has two bath towels which is rough when 2-4 people are paired with one bathroom. Location is right next door to stores and commercial properties not other residences. Overall, great property, would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The layout of the house worked perfect for us. There was separation from the 3rd floor rooms and the first floor bedroom which was great for 2 families. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. A suggestion is maybe have a beach wagon vs just beach carts. Listing said wagon which is helpful with kids so I was disappointed when it was really only beach carts. Second suggestion is maybe have a linen service to take care of sheets and towels. When we got there, there was wet sheets in the washer and I had to switch it. Also had to start the washer for sheets prior to leaving. Just seemed weird to be doing laundry for the house if linens are included. Over all it was a nice stay and the walk wasn't bad to the beach.

Great location and house

stayed over 4th of July and would definitely plan on booking again next summer. Owner was super responsive both before check-in to answer questions and while we stayed when we had a few questions/issues with the door lock. The location was perfect -- walking distance to the beach, and we could even see (most) of the fireworks from the front door. House was well kept and had everything we needed -- including linens which was appreciated.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay! It was bright, clean and had EVERYTHING you needed for a beach getaway including chairs, toys, sand carts etc. You literally could go here with nothing but clothes and have everything you need for a week at the beach! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed as well. We would/will 100% stay again! The ONLY thing that might add to the place is to have bikes in the garage available for use. You can rent them but we just never got to it!

Great Condo for Family Beach Vacation

The Condo is perfect for a family with young kids with two sets of bunk beds. The walk to the beach is more than doable, but you can also take a short drive and pay for parking if you don't want to lug all the gear. The rental property has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for renters to use at the beach. We had great weather and a great time. We would definitely return!!

This home was beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a weekend. Decor was beautiful, layout was great. It was clear that the owner gave a lot of thought to the comfort of her guests.
