The condo was clean, very roomy with a fantastic view. The owner was fabulous at communication for all instructions and details. Our Thanksgiving vacation couldn’t have been any better!! We will be back. Thank You Julie Johnson

We loved the location. It was unfortunate that there was construction on the beach. The condo was comfortable and very clean. There could have been more bath towels and there was only one fork in the kitchen.

Great Place

The condo and condo complex were wonderful! The amenities were great, parking was easy, and people there were friendly. The owner was welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only thing that was not good was that we were unable to do anything on the beach due to the construction on the seawall of the neighboring condo complex and the army corps of engineering rebuilding the dunes. There were construction vehicles moving back and forth at all hours (day and night) – they were loud, and they were blocking the beach area from being able to walk, sit, play and enjoy all the beach has to offer. I would recommend traveling in the near future, that you check on the status of the beach projects (that we were unaware of prior to our arrival), we chose this property due to its location and access to the beach and were disappointed with that. We would highly recommend this condo though, as long as, the construction is complete.

Oceanside Paradise

I love this condo and it's perfect for my family of 5. They have a fully functional kitchen and a bonus washer and dryer. I love this place so much that I would love to buy something within the same complex. Private/quiet beach access and living space. This is my favorite condo that I've ever been to! Super quaint and cozy

A perfect stay

We loved our condo and the location was perfect for us. We walked the beach every day and enjoyed all the sealife and wildlife there. Our condo was roomy, had comfortable furniture and was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely plan a return visit!!

Beautiful View, Great Place.

Daytona is an old shoe for me, that i love. Kyle's place is wonderful for enjoying the quiet parts of town. The pad was clean modern and gives you the best view. We enjoyed being able to stroll out to the sand, and the pool and pool room were excellent. Best part for us was the comfy couches, bird watching,and giant tv on the rainy days. Thoroughly enjoyed this spot.

Really beautiful condo & location

If you want to be in a 5* condo with all the amenities of home but don’t want to be mixed in with the tourists, this place will fill that need. The views are gorgeous. It’s so quiet here. Super easy access. Everything is clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the hardware you might need. I’d definitely stay here again. The only thing you need to keep in mind is it takes a little extra time to get from the condo to almost anywhere else simply because it is located where the road to it is 35 mph and strictly enforced. I knew this, and was fine with it. But it’s important to know so you can plan accordingly. Beach access is literally your back yard here with private steps down to it. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

This is a fabulous location close to Daytona but without all of the crowds. The condo tenants were very nice, and made us feel welcome as guests of the property. I love the laundry facility across the hall from our room, and the condo had everything I wanted/needed. Parking was great, always had a spot, clean, functional and safe building. Loved our stay!!
