Impressionnant 6e étage avec vue sur l'océan, la piscine et la plage

Vaste vue sur la large plage de sable et des kilomètres d'océan remplis de bateaux, d'oiseaux et de nageurs, humains, poissons et dauphins. AUCUN TRAFIC n'est autorisé.

Le bâtiment contient un hall fabuleux, une grande et élégante salle de club, une salle de sport bien équipée, une bibliothèque et une salle de billard. La piscine est entourée de salons, chaises et parasols adéquats!

La zone contient une variété de restaurants et de clubs. Les fruits de mer sont abondants. Les fans de course sont chez eux dans la région avec la piste de course de Daytona à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. En fait, la course originale de Nascar a eu lieu sur cette même plage. La jambe en direction nord était sur la plage et la direction sud était sur la route. Le «Northturn Restaurant» marque l'endroit où se trouvait le virage nord.

Great beach and ocean views

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean sunrise from the sixth floor balcony. Very nice 2-bedroom with plenty of room and amenities like the excerise room and pool area. Very peaceful complex and everyone is friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Our host, Mr. Harold, is the absolute BEST!!! We could not have asked for a better beach experience. We loved the location and the exceptional view of the ocean/beach. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our month stay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We will definitely return for another stay in the future!!!

Fantastic location

The condo is very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Harold was very nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was easy. The view from the 6th floor oceanfront condo was great. Will definitely consider returning.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Loved the balcony overlooking ocean! Slept with glass door open and could hear the waves lull me to sleep. Woke up to sunrise! No complaints. Had everything you need!

Very beautiful property

Very beautiful property and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed plus some. Working with Mr. Harold was an absolute pleasure. He is truly one of the most amazing host we’ve ever had and we travel a lot. He is so easy to work with and he helped us so much. We stayed at the condo for a month while doing hurricane cleanup work with our son and nephew and Mr. Harold was absolutely amazing to all of us while we were there. When we’re in the area again, we will definitely stay at Mr. Harold’s condo.

A Piece of Heaven

We are a retired couple that live in Florida and we were looking for a beach get away. Found this gem on the web site and booked it. From the moment we booked we received excellent communication with the owner and felt very welcomed. When we arrived and opened the door my husband and I thought we had stepped into a piece of heaven. The view that you see as soon as you open the door is gorgeous! When you enter the master bedroom you’re met with that same beautiful view. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. All the appliances worked great and the common areas of the building were also very well maintained. Best of all was the balcony that we started our day on watching the ocean, the beach, and the dolphins. Then we’d end the day on that same balcony after a day at the beach and pristine pool area. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable get away, this is it. Thank you Harold. We loved it and will be back.

An unusual guest, noting problems and going out of his way to correct. Also offering suggestions to make the facility better. Respective of the facilities and avoiding leaving beach and pool equipment in the walkway. Great tenant! !
