Wonderful stay. Just a few blocks to downtown Beaufort so we got to walk to Dinner! Really enjoyed having the washer and dryer!

Cool 1 Bed flat walking Distance to all the downtown fun

Property was perfect for my wife and to explore Beaufort. Close to bars and restaurants. Nice little back yard with private fenced in space of f the kitchen slider!

Great location for walking to downtown. Clean and cute studio. However, a couple of things need to be addresed.1) Sliding glass door needs blackout curtains. Street light right outside floods interior with light at night making it hard to sleep.2) Tub was slippery and husband nearly slipped and fell. Suggest a few bath gripper strips. 3) Bed pillows very flat. Regardless it was an enjoyable and economical place to stay.

I really liked the area and the rental was clean, just the perfect size for two. The curtains in the kitchen area are really thin & the street light shines in keeping the room lit up at night. The rental is like a studio so the light that shines through makes it difficult to sleep. The curtains beside the bed are thicker and keeps light out. The little outdoor area had really tall grass & one chair had no cushions & the other one had a cushion that was torn.

Great location. 5 minute walk to everything. Perfect for 2 people.

Owner was very responsive when needed. Great experience. Could have used more wash cloths as there were only two but a great place to stay and will stay again.

Perfect for 2 adults and small dogs!

This small space was perfect for us: quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, couch, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a private enclosed outdoor space. Walking distance to all the charms Beaufort has to offer and there are many! We will definitely be back and highly recommended it.

Cute, cozy and conveniently located!

Great property for single visitor or a couple in downtown Beaufort. Good storage, full sized appliances, smart TV. Safe, walkable neighborhood. Easy parking. Only down sides were some dishware and utensils were not fully cleaned (crusty food particles) and bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. Otherwise, great, affordable stay.

Pros: Location! This little studio is within walking distance of pretty much the entire downtown Beaufort area. We walked everywhere, and our dog loved it.Good washer and dryer...we went home with all clean clothes. Parking right out backLittle fenced yard...again, great for the pupper.Cons:The furniture was extremely uncomfortable...all of it. We felt like we were staying in our grandson's frat dorm room. The bed frame was gorgeous but the mattress was not great. The sofa ate whoever sat on it. The table and stools were adequate especually since we didn't eat in much but to sit there for any length of tome was hard on the backside. There were a lit of VERY minor repairs and upgrades needed. These wouldn't cost much...like track or focus lights under kitchen cabinets, fixing doors that stuck, a curtain to separate the bed and living areas for both privacy and different sleep schedules. All in all it was a good place to stay due to the location, but could use some easy upgrades to make it a top stay.

Cute and Clean Inside!

Great location and the perfect spot for 2 people! Needs yard work! No one wants to sit out on a patio full of weeds, the entry also had a weed vine growing up the door!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised, even the sorry pillows as one previous review had mentioned. My only suggestion would be to listen to this pillow complaint and get some nicer ones and you ratings would go from 4 to 5 stars for me. Housekeeping was impressive.

Great Location

Great location, only about a four block walk to downtown Beaufort to Bay St. Rental was nice n’ cozy. Entire perimeter of property could definitely use some lawn maintenance/manicuring. Does include a coffee maker but note it’s not a Keurig. But good news, only a short walk to a Bagel/Coffee shop or to Blackstone’s for coffee/breakfast. Overall, very pleased with this property.

The apartment was adequate, and in a good location: easy walking distance to downtown Beaufort. If you plan to rent from them, please be sure to note the cost of the damage deposit. And you need to understand that they do not charge your credit card a day or two before you arrived, but when you made the reservations; in my case a month before we began our stay. And they don’t release the damage deposit — even where there is no damage to the apartment — until two weeks after you leave. As the old saying goes, "Buyer beware."

Awesome getaway

Super cute and quiet place to stay. Has all the amenities you would need. They even provide laundry detergent, that’s a nice touch. The toilet does make a very loud noise when you flush. We felt very comfortable staying there. A very quick walk to the downtown waterfront. We’d definitely rent again. We found a yummy bagel place just down the street. Rain N Bagels. A nice walk to grab breakfast. 5 ⭐⭐
