Or golf the championship courses at Geneva National 5 minutes away. Later, explore nearby Lake Geneva. Or mosey over to Pearce’s Farm Stand for fresh grilling fare. BELIEVE IT OR NOT... this open, airy space was once a milking house for cows! Thankfully, the beasts were banished long ago. Today, Pip's Cottage is a tasteful blend of contemporary, vintage aesthetics, modern conveniences & thoughtful details.

Donna and Bryan were such kind hosts, they had Christmas gifts for us under the tree and had a Wisconsin treat in the fridge. The Pip’s Cottage is just adorable! Donna and Bryan thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

Our crew has stayed in rentals all over the world, and this was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The incredible decor, inspired by Delevan, made us feel right at home. Lovely home for a quick family getaway

We stayed here with our two kids (3 & 6mo) for a show at Alpine Valley. It's quaint but enough space for us to do our thing. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked for our needs and there was space for our pack and play. Donna and Bryan were delightful, running into them on the grounds a few times, and were really helpful with directions and tips, and even provided our family with a sweet treat. We'd stay here again!

**This is why you choose VRBO!** This cottage is the perfect getaway—great for families, couples, solo travelers, or anyone! It has a full kitchen, bathroom, a cozy loft master, and a charming room with a trundle bed our kids adored.The property spans about 4 acres and is stunning, with visits from wild turkeys and even a groundhog. In back, Donna and Bryan created a relaxing firepit and picnic area, complete with a gas grill.If you enjoy the outdoors, this place is ideal:- 8 minutes to Fontana’s beach and playground - 15 minutes to Lake Geneva’s beach, shops, and dining - Just 5 minutes walking to Lake Delavan’s beach and fishing dock The location is also close to great food and stores. Pip's Cottage Practically Perfect in Everyway

The cottage is perfect for a family getaway. The cottage was more than just a place to sleep it was someplace you would want to spend time at. All the amenities were perfectly thought out right down to the chip clips and if you order pizza out don't worry there's crushed red pepper and Parmesan in the drawer just in case. From the fresh herbs in the garden (that you can use by the way) to the perfectly folded towels you are not going to find a better place to stay at in the area. In fact if you stay anywhere else in the area you're a fool....kidding not kidding. We will definitely return bags in hand ready for another wonderful weekend. Thank you again for making our memorial day weekend so memorable 🤍

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and peaceful. Charming Farmstead

Charming farmstead stay right next to Lake Delavan. Pip's Cottage is quaint and perfect for a quick (or long) getaway. Plenty of space to spread out, or head to the lake for some fun. Both the boat launch and Village Inn Supper Club are within walking distance. Downtown Delavan is charming and worth the short drive to explore. Plenty of dining options. Donna and Bryan were gracious hosts and really nice people. Get to know them! In all the years we have been booking VRBOs, best hosts ever! We will be back.

Quaint, Secluded, Clean, Amazing!

Everything about this stay was great! Communication from Donna was perfect and informative. The property was very nice and clean
.such a perfect place for a couple to stay. The property was so unique and fitting for the space. The property is secluded and away from the hustle & bustle of Lake Geneva, but a close enough drive where it isn’t a hassle. Donna is so thoughtful and left a very nice gift/welcome package for my girlfriend & my anniversary. Would not hesitate to book again if I’m in the area. I cannot recommend staying here enough. The farmhouse was gorgeous!

We stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law for a nearby wedding and everything was wonderful. The farmhouse is decorated immaculately, and Donna was a more-than-gracious host. We were greeted with some Wisconsin treats in the fridge and Donna told us we could use fruits and veggies from her garden if we wanted to. We can't wait to come back with my nieces and enjoy the beautiful farmhouse again!

Just Wonderful!

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend at Donna and Bryan’s cottage! The house was on a very peaceful farm property. It couldn’t have been more adorable and inviting! The decor and comfort of the cottage was over the top. We felt so comfortable the minute we opened the door! Donna and Bryan put so much care and effort to ensure a perfect stay. They even left snacks and drinks in the fridge, and left a beautifully wrapped birthday gift on the table for my husband. Thank you both for the getaway we desperately needed!

Beautiful cottage on charming property in Lake Delavan . The host Donna and Bryan were amazing! Our 1 year old and 2 year had a blast. Perfect for small families and located near lakes, parks, and many restaurants. We will be back and look forward to visiting Donna and Bryan in the future!

Wonderful little place in Delvan

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and loved it! Bryan and Donna were super nice and live on site. The place itself is very well maintained. It's right next to Delvan Beach and super easy to access all of Lake Geneva.

We came to the area for a long weekend to see music at Alpine Valley. Donna and Brian’s place was the perfect respite! We got ti explore the area some by day and take a scenic, easy drive up to the venue each evening for live music. Donna made fantastic recommendations for nearby activities and food, and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure all of our needs were met. We had very enjoyable conversations with both Donna and Brian and would absolutely come back for another stay.

After stumbling upon this unique farm property, hidden behind giant oak trees, across the street from Delavan Lake, we packed up our city life & returned to the serene, laidback lifestyle of our childhood. A lifestyle we're happy to share with you on Three Lakes Farm at Delavan Lake.

Our close proximity to all 3 lakes - Delavan (across the street), Como (6 mins) & Geneva (8 mins) - is how 3 Lakes Farm earned its name.

Easy access to County F, Townhall Rd & County H, make avoiding summer traffic a breeze. And all of the areas best things to do, see & eat are a quick walk or drive away; including: Community Beach, Boat Wrangler's, The Village Supper Club, Lake Lawn Lodge, Geneva National Golf Course, Belfry Music Theater, Riga-Tony’s authentic Chicago deli, Pearce's Farm Stand, Mars Supper Club & more. This gives Three Lakes Farm an advantage over properties located further down S. Shore Drive & the North side of the lake.

Best of all, our 4 spacious acres allows for privacy, room to run & play, ample parking & wildlife sitings. Locals often tell us what a beautiful property we have & they can’t believe they’ve never noticed it before. It's a true hidden gem. We feel confident you’ll agree.

3 Lakes Farm is the last remnant of a 10 acre dairy farm located across the street from Delavan Lake. The farm stayed in the original family for years before being sold off bit by bit. Today, only 4 acres remain of what used to be a fully operational dairy farm surrounded by dense woods & a handful of tiny, summer cottages.

Built in 1910, the house & barn are a classic example of the Gambrel style architecture commonly found in areas of the country populated by people from the Netherlands & Germany. Before being converted into an adorable, cedar trimmed tiny home in the 1950s, the cottage functioned as a milking house for the cows.

After extensive updates in 2023, we named the cottage after our 4 lb. Yorkie who loved living there for a bit while we converted the barn into our main living space. During the fall & winter months, Pip spent her days looking out the bedroom window at the lake. She recommends you do the same during your stay.
