The whole house is exclusively for guest use and with the smart lock, check-in is very convenient with no in person contact.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, new cookware, ample spices, plenty of cabinet space and everything you will need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles, or host a potluck dinner. There's a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full size stove with oven, full size fridge and freezer. You are also welcome to use other appliances provided such as Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, electric wine opener and air fryer. It has an island granite countertop that can seat up to four people.

THE GREAT ROOM (LIVING & DINING AREA)

You will love the great room concept on the main floor providing a very social environment for your family and friends. This home opens to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has a super comfortable sectional couch, gas fireplace and a 70" Smart HD TV. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.

COVERED PATIO

Beside the dining room is a door that leads to a wonderful covered patio with a cozy outdoor seating. Enjoy drinking a cup of coffee while watching the peaceful water views and greenery.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is complete with washing machine, dryer, and steamer. Laundry detergent is provided as well.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are located. 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 queen size beds. The master’s bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. Downstairs in the finished basement is a guest suite with a king bed, a full size bathroom and a private recreational room. All beds are super comfy with high thread count bamboo linens.

BATHROOMS

The Master's en-suite boasts and oversized tile shower with dual shower-head system, a luxurious free standing tub and dual sink. The basement and the guest bathroom both have a bath tub. The main floor has a powder room with a sink and a toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

PARKING

Q House has an attached 2 car garage with lots of driveway parking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We cannot guarantee request for early check-ins or late check-out but we will let you know near you check-in date if it is available. Early check-in or late check-out fee is $35/hour.
