Située juste au bord de l'eau, cette belle maison de plage de 2 étages est l'escapade parfaite. La maison 3BR se trouve à seulement 4,8 km de l'autoroute I-5 et à 5 minutes en voiture du Tulalip Casino et du Seattle Premium Outlet Mall.

Si vous aimez l'eau, vous adorerez notre ponton flottant et nos kayaks. Apportez votre équipement de pêche et des jouets aquatiques. Il y a une bouée d'amarrage privée. Puget Sound n'est qu'à quelques pas de la porte dérobée.

Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le mont. Rainier et les Cascades pendant que vous faites griller le poisson frais que vous attraperez du rivage. Il y a un grand patio avec barbecue à gaz et foyer pour rôtir les guimauves. Ou peignez la plage privée pour trouver des coquillages, du bois flotté et du verre de plage.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour vos amis et votre famille. La maison peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement. Il y a 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète au premier étage. La première chambre peut accueillir 4 (2 lits queen). La deuxième chambre a des lits superposés et est parfaite pour 2 enfants. La suite principale est à l'étage et peut accueillir 3 avec un lit king-size et un canapé-lit double. Il y a une salle de bain complète et une buanderie à l'étage. Great location between the sunrise and the sunset, to watch the seals splash while catching their food. The house was roomy for all of us. The walkin shower and wet room helpful to those with mobilty issues. We agreed Hollys was best place yet.

Relaxing Stay at Beach House

My family really enjoyed themselves at this house right on the water. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The Sea Lion swimming back and forth was quite entertaining.

Fabulous Waterfront Stay

Beautiful views and excellent beach access made our return stay perfect. This is a great place to paddle and enjoy the back patio with family. It was well worth getting up before dawn to see the sunrise over the Cascade Range and taking advantage of the early morning calm waters of the Puget Sound on the kayaks. Breathtaking!The house is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the main floor bathroom remodel since our last stay is beautiful!We wished we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll be back!

Great Location

Nice location for a getaway in the Seattle area! No idea that the lovely area existed so it was a real treat! Property manager was prompt in making arrangements and responding to inquiries. She was very welcoming! Whole family enjoyed the stay!

A perfect beach getaway

We had a lovely relaxing weekend making smores, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Not to mention we were able to get our back-to-school shopping done at the nearby outlets as well. We will be sure to return in the future!

Beautiful location, great water access, seals splashing everywhere! Responsive hosts. Most of the house very clean, kitchen could use a deep clean. We found out mid trip that other’s dogs run free in the neighborhood (which made our’s nervous) and ours were only allowed to use the bathroom on the beach or gravel (a rule we did not know until a neighbor said something.) The rules should be made clearer upon check in or booking. Otherwise, great stay.

Peaceful & Fun Beachfront Escape

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. Incredible views & beach access. Excellent for kayaking and paddle boarding. Great location for other activities as well (ferries, state parks, hiking, fishing, Hibulb Cultural Center, etc.). The house was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, layout worked well. There were great views from inside, and a wonderful deck with ample seating. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect beach house!

Vacationing from Phoenix to get out of the heat. Great location on the beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Everett waterfront. Relaxing beach front with beautiful views, eagle and seal sightings. The house has everything you need. Holly is an amazing host! We’ll be back!

Unbelievable views!!

Our family of 8 (all adults) had a memorable family vacaton in Priest Point! We highly recommend Holly's home! It has everything you need and in a perfect location to catch amazing sunrises, sea life and cool westerly breezes! Super golf and hiking close by too! Granite Falls was a favorite! The neighbors were super friendly. We couldn't have booked a better place! You will not be dissappointed!

Awesome, beautiful, wonderful 🤗

We lost our beach house 6 years ago. This worked out for a much needed family reunion to heal and restore and create new memories . Family came from 2 parts of California and 2 parts of Florida. Everyone loved the place. It was hard to leave. Hope to be able to rent it again.🐕🏖🥰🦀🍷🛶

Perfect Stay

We stayed at Holly's beach home for some quiet time before our daughter's wedding in Snohomish. We wanted a place that was quiet, comfortable, and enticed us to just stay put and relax. Holly's house checked off all the boxes! We enjoyed sleeping in, moving from the bed to the patio with a cup of coffee and watching the water and the activity on the water. Lots of sea animals! Be sure to look for the binoculars located on the shelving in the living room. Communication was fast and Holly graciously allowed us a later check-out time which helped us immensely! We would definitely stay here again.

Charming, Clean and Inviting

My family spent a week here in June. Our first impression was, "Oooh comfy and beautiful!" The view was lovely...fun to see Mount Rainier peek out on a clear day. The house was so comfortable, with thick, fluffy towels, soft bed linens and all the kitchen equipment we needed. I loved that there was an oil diffuser available! The kids had fun with the flag, bunches of beach toys, and the kayaks. We all enjoyed seeing the sea lions (or were they seals), the herons and eagles. Thanks Holly, for seeing to all the details in your rental that really made our stay fantastic!

Best Beach House Ever!

Our family had an amazing week at Holly's beach house. The house slept 8 of us perfectly comfortably with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and a Roomba that literally saved us with all the kids dragging in sand after playing in the supplied kayaks, rafts, and sand castle making toys. We prepared amazing meals on the Weber grill and relaxed around a bonfire nightly on comfortable patio furniture. With an open floorpan and a large dining room table and bar seating we were able to accommodate 14 for a dinner party without any problem. Our dogs enjoyed running around the beach and swimming and finding crabs nearly as much as our kids did! We played many of the games Holly has available and enjoyed the comfortable cross breeze through the windows that left the house feeling cool even on the hottest days. The incredible view, splashing of some local harbor seals, and bald eagle sightings daily were icing on the cake. Overall an incredible stay!

Great Experience!

This VRBO is right on the water. If you are wanting to cook some meals while watching the seals bob by in the water, this is the place for you. Lots of pots, pans, utensils etc. The upstairs bedroom is giant! The photos online didn't do it justice. The kayaks were a fantastic amenity. Life jackets, beach toys, paddles etc were all easily accessable. The neighbors were delightful and gave us history of the area. Shops and restaurants were close by. The only downside would be that the listing said there was a hot tub and there wasn't one. Oh, and there were a lot of jellyfish so my son didn't get to enjoy the water at all. We headed to Snohomish Aquatic Center instead for some swimming. Overall, it was a fantastic place..very comfortable, well decorated with all the necessities. Thank you!

Comfortable home on beautiful location

This home is easy to get to and beautifully located right on the water. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fairly well stocked, access was easy and it was a great getaway for us. Easy drive north of Seattle. We had seen comments about guests getting fish right from the short. My husband was a little dubious, but brought his fishing gear along and had hooked a salmon within about 6 minutes of being outside right in back of this house on the waterfront in the morning. Delicious fresh fish for lunch for us--a fun bonus to our relaxing stay.

Beach house

Perfect house for wanting to be close to the beach- you could not get any closer! Very comfortable for sitting indoors or out. Lots of seating options. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed. Beds very comfortable. House was very clean in all ways that mattered. (In need of some “spring/deep cleaning” in areas but I confess to be a bit obsessive.) We loved relaxing, and having space for 4 generations of our family to stop by to visit during our stay. Our host was excellent. She responded quickly to any inquiries. We would most definitely stay again.

fabulous little gem.....

We had a lovely family trip in this cosy but beautiful home, it was so nice just to drive a couple of hours over the border to discover this hidden neighbourhood close to all the shops we needed but yet quiet and serene on the waterfront. Perfect for my daughters and grand twin daughters plus they allow dogs which just made everything perfect! The hostess was very accommodating as we discovered some wasps nests that had to be dealt with. Thank you for a wonderful much needed break.

Fun!

She’s really fast at response, and it was a really good time! Parking can fit up to 4 cars. Really nice view and experience! Upstairs shower is amazing! We had 9 guests and we all enjoyed it! Nice nieghbors, you can tell the community is a very close. Small road and everyone waves!

A hidden sliver of paradise, Priest Point is close to the city, but makes you feel a million miles away. You can't find a more beautiful and convenient location. The beach is sandy and the views are breathtaking.

The backdoor is 14 feet from the beach, making access to the water this home's best feature. Views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier are spectacular. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to an amazing sunrise.
