OCEANFRONT single family home is located in The Peahala Park section of Long Beach Township. This reverse living home offers 3 floors of living space. The first floor is equipped with a large TV and couch with queen sleeper sofa.which can be used as a 5th bedroom adjacent to a full with with walk in shower. Laundry room is also on this floor . The 3 stop elevator makes reverse living a breeze. The second floor features 4 bedrooms including an en-suite with deck access and ocean views. The open concept third floor offers a living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room and gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash and dazzling Quartz countertops. Enjoy panoramic ocean views and watch the sunrise from each of the 3 decks including a rooftop deck. Two tankless water heaters , outdoor shower and gas grill with direct gas line. Staircase riser lighting for late nights snacking. Remote control shades/storm shutters, a sonos speaker system throughout and a central vac system. This is the 1st year the house is being offered as a rental . Start enjoying all Long Beach Island has to offer. Beach badges and chairs are included. Outdoor shower, driveway parking for 3 cars and additional off street parking for all your family and friends. NEW ROOFTOP deck furniture. DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY IN ELEVATOR OR BE ON ROOFTOP DECK WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. Owner provides pillows and comforters & mattress pads for each bed. for tenant use.. Owner requests tenants to take $70 damage insurance policy with reduced refundable depoist of $1000. If not security depoist this year is $2000 .
