Including 2 King master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy its two cozy gas fireplaces, a separate office area and large private deck nestled in the dune with ocean views in one of the master bedrooms. Upper level has an open concept living, kitchen and dining area where the ocean views are the focal point. Chefs kitchen with Wolf stove, pot filler faucet and all the cooking amenities you need. Enjoy dining inside or alfresco while overlooking the perfect ocean and beach views. Keep everyone happy with a GAME ROOM featuring a full-size pool table and arcade games. Spend sultry summer nights star gazing as you relax in the hot tub on the sky deck. 2 car Garage and beach amenity storage area on ground level. Ground level elevator connects to all three levels. Great escape!

6 best friends, together since grade school, still together in our 60's, sharing an uninterrupted week on beautiful LBI in Cheryl's lovely home. The weather was uneven, the experience was not. A great deal of the fun was centered on our "home." Thank you Cheryl, we are already planning a return.

Thanks for the Memories!

Spent a fabulous long autumn weekend at this lovely home with friends and it was everything we hoped for and more. The view was outstanding. Plenty of room for congregating together or smaller groups. Cable TV’s in every room a big plus. Comfortable beds. Cooked a huge Friendsgiving meal and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Host was super responsive to all questions and concerns. Coffee machine broke and a new one was delivered the next day in time for our Friendsgiving dessert! Hoping we can return again.

I would come again!

Love this home beautiful view. The host always gave a quick response. Make sure you bring sheets and towels it was in the agreement but i did not view it on the listing. The food places close by are good as well. It was clean and spacious

Mom(s) 80th Birthday

Amazing property. We held an 80th birthday week for our mother and her twin along with all the children of the two. Did not disappoint! Never felt crowded and at one point we had 20. Whew! Location was great and everything thing we needed was there. (Bedding excluded but easy fix with help of the owner referral to linen rental) Cheryl could not have been more helpful, hope to do it again.

Stunning Views from a Spectacular Home

This home is in an amazing location right on the ocean with stunning views of the sunrise from the family room and deck and stunning views of the sunset from the rooftop deck where the hot tub is located. Decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture and everything you need for your stay. Most of the homes we have rented lack stemware and serving dishes, but that wasn’t the case here. The kitchen is beyond fully equipped and the beach themed serving dishes made meal time a treat. The game room was a hit with a heated competition going on between family members playing the arcade game Centipede! The host, Cheryl, was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to any messages I sent. This was the first time we have rented a property where we wanted for nothing as the house had everything! The beds in all of the rooms are so comfy with beautiful bedding and plenty of comfortable pillows. Our kids, who are all in there 20’s and 30’s slept in the bunk room and said the beds were so comfortable which doesn’t always happen with bunk beds. The fact that they were full sized bunks was a plus as well. The sound system was amazing and very user friendly. Whether you are on the roof top deck, the main deck or most of the rooms in the house, you can have your favorite music playing. We will definitely be renting again!!

Fantastic Family Retreat

We celebrated our Mom's 85th birthday with family. The house is wonderful - tastefully decorated, roomy, well-equipped and the most beautiful view right on the beach. Working with Cheryl was a joy and we highly recommend this great beach home!

Phenomenal stay at a phenomenal property!

Our family (12 of us) had such a fantastic time at Cheryl's home on Long Beach Island. The property is incredibly well maintained, tastefully decorated and right on the beach (you cannot beat the location). Cheryl was very attentive to my questions and incredibly accessible throughout our stay. Our family had not gotten together in almost 2 years due to Covid and this home was the perfect retreat to create new memories. You won't regret staying here!

Beautiful beachfront property

Stayed at this beautiful property with extended family (8 adults, 7 children ages 6-13 yrs). View and access to the beach was amazing! Spacious kitchen and living space including deck with a view to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The 4 bedrooms were lovely and beautifully decorated. We used the game room to house the boys (sofa bed and air mattresses) and called it their man cave. The girls stayed in the bunk room which provided more privacy. The kids (and adults) loved the game room playing endless games of pool and multiple video games on the arcade machine. Cheryl was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions and feedback. All in all was a wonderful, memorable family trip, enjoyed by all.
