Great solution for large gathering. We had 10 adults and 6 kids and plenty of room for everyone. Third floor is great place to gather the whole group. German Town area has many walkable bars and restaurants.

Perfect set up

We had a group of 14 high school friends (age 50+) our annual Fantasy Football Draft weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. Several places to eat/drink within walking distance. Highly recommended

College Reunion Stay

Our stay was nothing short of superlative. The property was as advertised and so much more! The upstairs loft area was a perfect spot to hangout and entertain everyone while being spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Furthermore with all of the space 11 of us were able to have our own bedroom which was perfect for adults to have privacy after long days of exploring Louisville. We only had 11 guests with us, but this rental could easily sleep double that number COMFORTABLY! Might I add that this location is only a 7 min uber drive from the heart of Louisville while itself being in a quiet part of the town. You really do get the best of both worlds with the city-vibe a short distance away while being nestled cozily in the historic suburbs of Louisville. The cleanliness of the 2 dedicated floors was also phenomenal. As an airline pilot I have stayed in more hotels than most and I can confidently say the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were exceptionally clean, well furnished and ready the moment you walk in to unwind or begin entertaining to your heart's desire. Beds freshly made, toiletries ready to use in case you forget anything, even ear plugs and mints at the bedside for the ultimate 5 star hotel service with at-home coziness you expect of a private rental. Overall our group was thrilled with our stay and this rental property was one of the biggest highlights of the entire weekend. Our biggest regret is that we could not stay longer!

The place was so nice, we booked it twice! This was our 2nd stay at Swepson and we love every minute of it. Easy to communicate from the host. Rooms are spacious, kitchen has actual cookware, great outdoor space and fantastic location. All you can hope for!
