The location is prime — right in the heart of the Highlands, just off Bardstown Road. You’re literally steps from the best restaurants, bars, and shopping that Louisville has to offer. Whether it’s a bachelor party, work retreat, Bourbon tour, Derby, concert, or tournament, your search ends here.

It’s a converted triplex, which means more private space for your group. All 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms are yours to enjoy.

You have access to everything! The property is entirely yours, but we’re nearby if you need anything — just ask.

Large House in a Perfect Location

Located in a great location, walkable to restaurants and bars. The house is a little bit on the older side but for a large group that needed a place to sleep and hang out, completely served its purpose and highly recommend.

Clean with plenty of room. The location is hard to beat, just off of Bardstown Road with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had 8 in our group and was easy to spread out and accommodate us all! Great place for large groups...

We rented two houses within walking distance for our large group. We had an off-site for our employees. The house was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Great restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Our host communicates well. Thank you again!

Sibling Trip

The house was very comfortable for my family. Large enough that we all had adequate privacy. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. Children wanted to eat every meal at McDonalds which was across the street.

Perfect spot for everything

Located in a great area to enjoy the variety of food Louisville offers along with a great nightlife. Accomations were very comfortable, considering our big group of 10 adults. Also perfect venue to host our annual bourbon excursion...great front porch to enjoy

GREAT Derby House

We were a group of 12 adults who all traveled to Louisville for Derby weekend. There were plenty of rooms/beds for each couple to have their own space and the location of the house can't be beat. Fantastic bars and restaurants (and a grocery store) within walking distance and a short drive to Churchill. We will definitely book this house again if we travel to Louisville with a large group. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our company convention stay

The location of this property could not have been any better or convenient. There are soooo many places to go around it and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk. The place was huge and never ending. It was perfect as we had 8 colleagues staying together and with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, it truly worked out perfectly. Check-in was easy, the hosts checked in via email often and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great location & house!

We celebrated my husband's 40th bday on the bourbon trail and 12 of us stayed in the house (only 3 couples, the rest were guys that came solo). Everyone had a comfortable bed. House is well kept. We didn't cook at all, but looks like we could have if we wanted to. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Eric was super quick to respond to all my messages before we got there (didn't have any questions once we were there!). Highly recommend.

Great home and location!

My family (7 adults) gets together every year and this time we chose Louisville. The house was more than big enough. Only two of us stayed in the second floor and none of us stayed in the attic. There are large televisions on three of the floors and the beds were very comfortable. There were a few minor issues but that's expected in any home. We would definitely stay there again.

Louisville golf outing.

A group of friends chose Louisville vs. farther north this year and used the house as our base. The house was roomy and comfortable and in a great location to restaurants and bars and a quick drive to downtown. The owners were great. I highly recommend it.

Family Staycation

Family Stay

The house was just what we needed for our trip to the Bourbon Trail. Nice and clean, and large and comfortable enough for 3 couples. Everything we needed was there. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store.

We highly recommend this property. Styling in the Highlands is in a quaint neighborhood, walking distance to eateries and centrally located for sightseeing.
