The main villa and charming detached cottage together provide six bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. Bedding includes 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 3 sleeper sofas, and an air mattress, all with high-quality mattresses and linens for maximum comfort.

Originally built in 1937 and remodeled in 2020, the homes retain their historic charm while offering all the modern comforts. Located in one of Boise’s most desirable neighborhoods, you’re just blocks from the Capitol, Hyde Park, and downtown attractions. Relax outdoors with lush landscaping, fresh air, and alfresco dining at the patio tables.

Both homes feature full kitchens upstairs and kitchenettes downstairs, equipped with 2 stoves/ovens, 4 fridges, 4 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers, plus four sets of washers and dryers—perfect for extended stays or large groups.

Entertainment is a highlight of this property. Good, but not quite what we expected

We totally enjoyed our stay at these two homes, however, the pictures definitely make it look bigger than it is. The yard isn't nearly as big as the pictures made it look either. It was nice to have rooms and beds for everyone, however, we had to clean one of the bathtubs before we could bathe the kids, and there were take out containers left in one of the fridges. The maintenance man was wonderful! We needed a little help and he came right over, was very nice and helpful. The property manager always responded to our messages and were easy to communicate with. The check out process was easy and wonderful! Over all it was a good experience.

Even though they were built in 1938, the complete remodel ensures that you will enjoy the old North End neighborhood in comfort and style. The exterior is elegantly landscaped, brining a higher level of bliss to all who stay here. The epic man cave includes olympic weights, Pac-Man/Gallaga arcade, foosball, air hockey, giant chess darts & a sweet home theater with a 65" Roku Smart TV and thumping surround sound!
