Grand salon ouvert, salle Ă  manger, cuisine avec plafond voĂ»tĂ©. Toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes. Belle sĂ©paration des chambres de l'espace de vie. Really wonderful! Very clean. Well maintained. Super comfortable. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Updated bathrooms. My favorite feature of this property was the living spaces that were large enough for all 14 of us to enjoy being together. This included the living room/dining area, the sound side porch, and the private pier - all of which were awesome!Superb location to enjoy the beach, the sound, and walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants.

Wonderful house, beautifully decorated and ideal location. The dock was ideal to be picked up by boat one afternoon. Would prefer not to have to make our own beds, but besides that the house is perfect!

Group of 10 who get together every two years . We enjoyed how spacious everything was-deck, both porches , main room and dining room .

Excellent location, tons of room

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of beds for everyone in our group. The kitchen, living room and outside decks provided plenty of space for our family. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our request for a late check out which we really appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is that the price included linens (sheets and towels) and you could opt out of that if you chose to. Instead, we had to buy those at HomeGoods. Renting them would have been almost as expensive.

Great beach/bay house

We had a great time staying here for the weekend. House has everything you need and can walk to anything in Wrightsville Beach you might want to do. Should have brought my fishing rods for the dock!

Great family vacation home

We love staying in this wonderful beach house! We were raised in Wilmington, and have played at Wrightsville Beach for decades. We have rented this house many summers and have recently realized how lovely the beach is in winter! Specifically we love this house for its location (close to the ocean and the sound), for the dock we use for our boat, the wonderful dining room table which almost seats all of us, the kitchen is very well equipped, bedrooms are nice, and you can’t beat the sunsets from the wonderful porch. It also helps that with our large family, some can stay at the nearby Blockade Runner, but join us for meals and gatherings. Owners are very gracious and communicate well.

Memory Lane

My family has stayed in this house many, many times over a period of 45 years. The house retains its lovely beachy feel although it has been updated and improved over the years. This is a classic Wrightsville Beach experience. Two porches give you an opportunity to follow the breeze in the summer , and watch the boat activity in the Sound year-round. The pier is a new addition, and a great addition! The layout is split-level, so you are not constantly climbing full flights of stairs to get to another floor. Great location in the middle of the Beach. We love this cottage!

Great place to unwind

Great set up for a group. Plenty of places to sit in the large living room, lots of beds, great view, and very convenient boat dock. Easy walking to the beach, park, and places to eat.

Couldn't have asked for anything better!

This house was the perfect place for our cousin reunion! Beautiful view of the sound, awesome deck for sitting in the sunlight, the most stocked kitchen I've ever seen, lots of room for family socializing, beautiful decorating, plenty of privacy, quick hop to the public beach access...I could go on & on. Thank you for a fantastic spot!

Perfect House for Family Get together

This house was perfect for several generations of our family. The dorm style bedrooms allowed diffetent age cousins to be groups. And the large dining table allowed us all to share meals.

Wrightsville Beach

The property met our need of housing our family for a graduation, birthday and Christmas celebration. The location was enjoyed by most, even in the cold weather. We did see several roaches, which was not appreciated. I think the cleaning fee should be charged up front. Everyone had a good time.

Wedding weekend

My family stayed here for my daughters' wedding. The house and property were amazing. We have a large family and everyone was very comfortable. Love the porches and dock also. PERFECT. I'd highly recommend for premier stay at Wrightsville Beach

Can’t Wait to Return

This wonderful beach cottage accommodated our family of 10 beautifully! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could ever want and the living room was big and spacious enough for all to gather at day’s end. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We practically lived on the sound side where we could get all the sun we wanted or enjoy the breeze under the covered deck area. It was the perfect house for us!

Better than pictures

This house is wonderful. It swallows a crowd of people--there are many nooks/porches if you want to find some solitude, but the whole gang can gather in the living area or on the main porch. The owners/managers are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic. Plenty of parking, plenty of beds, the rooms are larger than they look in the pictures and it's just a 10 out of 10 for everything!

Wonderful

Perfect house and location. Comfortable seating areas inside and out for groups. Kitchen well stocked. Owners very accommodating. Would definitely rent again and recommend. Only inconvenience was having to bring our own linens as there are 8 single beds and we had to scrounge around to find find twin sets. Linen service was too expensive for a weekend stay.

Great house in a great location

The house is right on the sound with a private covered dock. It is also a very short walk from the beach. The house was very clean. Jesse was a great host. Overall highly recommend!

Excellent Allen Cottage

This is a great house in a great location. We enjoyed everything about it, especially the covered dock, and it is just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying there again in the future.
