Designed by the internationally renowned architects MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple, Spruce blends traditional style with modern detailing for unparalleled living. Clean lines, natural materials, and expansive views create a calm, intentional space that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests.

Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire cottage, deck, and hot tub. Self check-in available 24/7 via secure lockbox. Complete privacy throughout your stay.
ADDITIONAL RULES
âą Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of making the reservation or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
âą Check-in/Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
âą Pet Policy: 1 dog welcome (fee applies). No cats or puppies under 12 months.
âą Quiet Hours: 11 PM â 7 AM to ensure a serene guest experience.
âą No-Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy (includes vaping/e-cigarettes) inside the cottage.
âą Safety & Care: No climbing, pushing, or hanging from structures or cliff edges.
âą Hot Tub: Must remain covered when not in use. Please place covers on and secure latches after every use.
