GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage, deck, and hot tub. Enjoy and make the space your own during your stay. Self-check-in is available 24/7 via a secure lockbox located near the main entrance for your convenience.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome (fee applies per dog). Sorry, no cats or puppies (under 12 months).
• Quiet Hours: Noise levels must be kept down from 11 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• No-Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside. This encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes.
• Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of making the reservation or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
• House Rules: Please consult the `Safety & Property` section located under the `Things to Know` heading for a comprehensive grasp of our house rules and location specifics.
• Seasonal Amenity Availability: Certain outdoor amenities (beach stairs, outdoor shower, gas BBQ) are not available between October 15 and May 15.
