Enjoyed our stay

We liked the room and had the amenities we expected. We wish we had been in one of the properties by the pool, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Parking right by the place, easy in and out. Nice outdoor seating area right by our place. Would stay again.

Long weekend getaway

Overall the property was clean and quiet. I was able to spend time at the pool without anyone bothering me and the location is close to beaches, restaurants and bars. This is exactly what I was looking for in a rental property.

Great location

It was a great stay for the price. Cleaning could be improved. The bed sheets did not smell like they were recently washed.

Great, simple, one bedroom to stay

This was a perfect location for our visit to the Fort Myers area. This is a very simple room but had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. I accidentally booked the room for one too many days and immediately asked if we could change the reservation. I never got an answer. Closer to the trip I asked again and the owner said it was too late since it was within the 30 days window. (Even though they could see I asked right after I booked.) So we paid for a night we didn’t even need. I thought this was pretty poor customer service. Other than that, the place was great for what we needed. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t the place for you. If you’d like easy and clean and comfortable- great room.
