Centrally located between Nevada City and Grass Valley - only 5 minutes to each downtown. This beautifully remodeled home features a large screened in porch, a tranquil pond with waterfall fountain and a spectacular setting surrounded by tall trees and offering lovely views. The space is private, quiet, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating + coffee! Please note: there is NO PARTYING or outside noise allowed after 9 PM on any night of the week.

Coffee every morning out at the water feature was a special start to every day. We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, and the space allowed everyone to socialize or find a quiet spot, whatever their pleasure in the moment.

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at!

We loved staying at this home. It was so clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. It was awesome to sit on the couch and look out the big front window during a rainy day while we were staying!

The house had everything we needed for our stay and was in a beautiful area. Sarah was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple minutes to either Nevada City and Grass Valley, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the outdoor space; sipping coffee on the patio every morning was a highlight!Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We highly recommend this wonderful home. It is a very lovely clean and well layed out home. So comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Absolutely beautiful quiet area and only 5 minutes from Main Street Nevada city. Everything you need!!

What a delight

We did a Girls Getaway and were delighted with this property. The home and grounds are beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. And it was under a 10 minute drive to downtown Grass Valley. Nevada City and Grass Valley are both very cute. It was Perfect !

Spacious, lovely home on expansive forested property

We loved every single thing about it! It was impeccably clean, the beds were delightfully comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there were multiple (and lovely) outdoor seating areas, and communication with property manager was fantastic! I had a couple of questions rise up while I was there, and she answered each message within seconds. The location was wonderful -- just a few minutes into the charming downtowns of both Grass Valley and Nevada City, but while at the home, we felt like we were in another world. We watched deer frolic in the morning, and the fresh mountain air was divine. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House with Fast Internet

We stayed here for a week spring break time. I do have to work couple days so fast internet access is very important for me. No problem at all - able to work and have all of my video conference smoothly. The house is perfectly situated - closed to downtown Nevada City. Love all the trees view from all of windows of the house. The host is available when we texted her for a question and she checked in with us couple days later to ensure everything is OK. We will come back to stay here again next time.
