Great communication, easy check in and out and the place was sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and the nearby park. Super dog friendly with a dog bed too!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the cute studio. It was very clean and had what we needed. The driveway down to the studio was a bit tricky in the dark but manageable. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Our group of three was very comfortable and we would definitely book again anytime we are in the area.

Great cottage close to town

We had a great stay in Nevada City. The cottage had everything we needed and was so close to town. We will definitely choose this cottage again.

Nice, convenient, everything you need.

Spacious, clean, studio in a quiet, leafy, neighborhood, with a superbly comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet, while also an easy walk into the center of town.

Clean. Easy walking distance to town. Would suggest more coffee for renters (coffee for one French press between two coffee drinkers for a two night stay. Could not watch any live tv which was a bummer. But those are small issues. A nice place to stay and we are glad we stayed there would recommend. Communication with hosts was great.

Great Studio

We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!

Perfect getaway!

The studio had everything we needed for a one night getaway, it was lovely to have a refrigerator, filtered water and a gas fireplace as well. The flannel sheets were cozy. Great walking distance to downtown Nevada City which has great restaurants and shopping.
