Ashley is an AZ transplant from Texas. She lives nearby the townhouse with her boyfriend, Greg, and her favorite thing about Scottsdale is all of the amazing restaurants!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This property was purchased in 2018 and Ashley has loved living there for the last 4 years before she moved in down the street with her boyfriend. When she purchased the property she did a complete remodel including new kitchens, bathrooms, fresh paint, carpet, appliances, AC unit (townhouse has 2 - upstairs & downstairs) and water heater!

The community is a quiet and hidden gem! Many locals don't even know it exists. Feel safe within the gated community that rarely sees much traffic and is home to many snowbirds. Friendly neighbors often sitting in their driveways or going on walks. 2 pools - one in south side and other in the north gate that alternate being heated throughout the year.
