Stayed here for 3 months over the summer. Great location, able to walk lots of places (when the temps were down), comfortable, pool access was great, easy place to call home. Kitchen was great, used the bbq almost daily, bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I can’t think of any cons at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It really made my time here much better.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the property. We aren't certain what BBQ arrangements is being referred to. There is a propane BBQ grill to enjoy during your stay. It's smaller than a standard size grill but there is one there to enjoy.

This was a great stay. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and having 2 full baths was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare and eat meals. There were 2 coffee makers, carafe and Keurig. The patio had a nice area for seating and a separate area with a couple of rocking chairs that were nice for morning coffee. There’s also a table, chairs and umbrella on the front patio. I highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I absolutely loved this unit as well as the Sunrise Villa complex! The unit is clean, well stocked, and the bed is super comfortable! The location is nice and close to all Scottsdale has to offer. The complex is well maintained, the pools are heated and clean, and the residents are friendly. A couple weeks in the desert

Very clean and nice place that is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfortable and the unit is close to the community pool. Also a short walk to the large park in Scottsdale for running or long walks. Perfect location. I would only recommend that the carpet in the main bedroom gets a good cleaning. The entrance (of mostly cream carpet) is almost black with dirt. I am sure it is just from guest wearing shoes in the place but it is a bit unsightly. I just used a bathmat to cover it during our stay. Thanks for sharing your place.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the clean and comfortable space, as well as the convenient location near the community pool and park. We appreciate your feedback regarding the carpet in the main bedroom and made sure it was taken care of upon your departure. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Wonderful House

Great location, close to Old Town and the canal path. Beautiful complex with multiple pools and lovely green spaces. House is well equipped, and everything is in perfect condition. Two nice outdoor spaces with excellent furnishings. Excellent wi-fi. Safeway right around the block. Bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances like new. New washer and dryer in the garage. Small gas Weber grill for BBQ. Would rent again in a minute. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Condo Great Location

Rented this condo for a few days when we came for Waste Management Open. It was about 20 minutes to golf course and about 5-10 min to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Excellent location! Condo is remodeled and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed and more. Very easy for 2 couples to stay at and have their own space. Complex has several pools and a hot tub and is very quiet / peaceful. My only recommendation would be to put some rugs in the bathrooms. Would definitely rent here again or recommend to friends.

Nice place and very comfortable

We picked this location because it was in a nice part of town and was also close to the Indian Bend Wash as well as the Canal Path, and also very convenient to the Safeway and to a Trader Joe's. The house itself was nicely furnished, a good size, and a good layout. It was only two of us, but easily could have fit another couple without being on top of each other. The outside sitting area was really nice - we enjoyed sitting out there in the early morning and evening - although we couldn't get the outside back light to work so once the sun was fully set we went inside. The bed was comfortable, although I agree with someone else's comments that having a couple of rugs in the master bath in front of the sinks would have been nice. We would stay here again.
