Immerse yourself in the soft blues of the ocean both inside and out at this oceanfront condo in the Sea Cloisters. Wake up each morning to a panoramic view of the Atlantic, sit down for breakfast on your breezy corner balcony, and spend the day swimming, surfing, and beachcombing downstairs.

The Sea Cloisters is an oceanfront property that sits directly adjacent to Folly Field Beach Park on the scenic shores of Hilton Head Island. Its 25 acres include a beachfront swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a grilling area, bike paths, and direct access to the sandy beach. You'll be perfectly placed for enjoying the best of the island, whether that means teeing off at world-class golf courses or dining and shopping within a one-mile radius.

Take the elevator up to the third floor to be greeted by a living space that's remarkably bright and open. Cool off in the comfort of central air conditioning, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and step out onto the balcony with appetizers, cocktails, and a deck of cards.

You'll find every comfort of home here, including a well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table for mealtimes, and an oceanfront living room with a soft sectional and a TV for movie nights. Of the bedrooms (each with its own TV and en suite bathroom), one is a primary suite with direct access to the balcony - a beautiful spot for morning coffee at sunrise.

July vacation

My husband and I along with our granddaughter stayed for a week. This is the second time I have stayed at this Condo and it was great. They have made a lot of upgrades that were a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The new balconies look awesome and so does the master bath. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great view and location!

We stayed two weeks and loved it. The only consideration is that we are four senior citizens. The second bedroom is very small and would be great for kids, just a little close for us older folks for two weeks. We would highly recommend this place for a family or couple!

Needs work

Beautiful location.....condo in serious need of repairs...neither of the balcony doors will lock so not safe for family with children as they can easily access the 3rd floor balcony unsupervised. Overall property is nice and easy access to the beach.

HHI beach vacy 2023

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week long vacation here in 311! Very cute condo with a beautiful view of the beach! Pros: Right on the beach with easy access, even had a mat after the dock so you didn't have to walk through the hot sand. Condo was well equipped and decorated beachy! Good location to restaurants and activities. The property management Vacasa was responsive to texts. Cons: We couldn't get the cable to work and Vacasa told us a service technician would come out, but never did. The gate code was wrong. Do NOT get there early, gate code does not work until exactly 4pm. Overall, we were happy and had a great vacation!

Beautiful apartment but needs a new AC

Location, ocean view and access were wonderful. The central AC does not cool the master bedroom less than 75F. VACASA staff were wonderful. Ms. Kim provided the unit with two portable AC units for each bedroom that helped us and the children sleep at night but we had to endure the noise of these portable units. An HVAC repair person tried to fix the AC on day 4 without success. VACASA kindly promised about 10% refund. We would go back in a heartbeat if the unit has a new AC and perhaps a better mattress.
