Scope: This work will address the leak only. Enhancements to the pool and pool area are planned for next winter.
Timeline: Work will begin on or about November 3, 2025 through mid January 2026. This 960 SF first floor ocean front property at
GPS address 75 Ocean Lane inside of Palmetto Dunes Resort, #103 Barrington Arms has been completely renovated. New flooring, paint, bathrooms, kitchen and all new furniture including the mattress (April 2024) and sleeper sofa! Please note:
The hot tub and pool are open and the pool is heated March 15-April 30th.

Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.

There is a $35 weekly gate fee per vehicle for guests due to the 24-hour gated security and privacy of this villa which is located inside the Leamington neighborhood within Palmetto Dunes Resort. Every guest will have the option of purchasing at least two gate passes at the pass office window upon arrival. Passes are available 24/7.

The Barrington community of Barrington Arms is close to the bike paths that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes.

This elevated first floor direct ocean view villa is a great choice for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. The kitchen has new countertops, custom cabinets, a ground coffee maker and Keurig machine and bar seating for 2. The dining area has seating for four. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel club chairs, a new 55” Roku Smart TV with the Spectrum Cable App and more. From the living room there is a slider to the balcony with ocean and pool views with outdoor seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (April 2024), Roku Smart TV and private bath with new large walk-in shower and two sinks.

Board games are provided for children and adults!
Luggage carts are available in the covered garage parking area.
Bikes can be rented and delivered to the covered garage parking area where the bike racks are found.
Parking is free and available in front of the building or under the building where the elevator is also located to take you and your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor.

Pets are not allowed.

*Pool is normally heated March 15th till the end of April and mid October to Thanksgiving weekend weather permitting. We cannot be held responsible for the unscheduled closures of any of the amenities managed by the regime.
