Shorewood 205 - Superbe vue sur l'océan au deuxiÚme étage Condo

Avec un balcon accessible par le salon et la chambre principale, les clients séjournant au Shorewood 205 bénéficient d'une vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Les améliorations comprennent de nouveaux meubles, de la peinture partout, une cuisine entiÚrement en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux lits, des téléviseurs à écran plat et un lecteur Blu-ray. Shorewood est un immeuble d'ascenseurs de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach avec une piscine en bord de mer (chauffée) et un spa. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre. Les tout-petits ont une pataugeoire séparée. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'ßle Hilton Head, Shorewood est à seulement deux pùtés de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les ùges. Cette propriété joliment meublée dispose d'un bistrot de hauteur de bar situé sur le balcon donnant sur l'océan. Lit King dans la chambre principale, 1 lit Queen et 1 Twin dans la chambre 2 plus un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Very well appointed, beautiful view of the beach and water. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to Coligony Square shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay

This is a lovely unit in Shorewood, convenient to get to, and one of our favorites to date! Everything was in good shape in the unit, which is not always the case with rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Brand new, immaculate!

This unit was just renovated and they did an amazing job.The pictures are 100% accurate and the unit was very very clean. Great view, comfortable patio seating, great location, great pool, and a very wide beach. The outside of the building was also recently redone and the property is well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

Honeymoonin

This was our first visit to Hilton Head for our honeymoon. This condo was prefect! It’s in a gated community which was nice for added security! Lots of parking. The pool/hot tub was clean with extra lounge chairs. Hilton Head was just as wonderful as everyone said! Super relaxing and peaceful. Would use this condo again!

Beautiful location - views from the patio were wonderful; property is geographically close to favorite places/restaurants. Condo matched the online photos and was clean and comfortable. I do wish the entry codes could be emailed to us rather than requiring a stop at the rental office.

Beautiful condo! View was beautiful, pool was perfect, and access to the beach easy with our 4 young kids. A few complaints about cleanliness but they may be just part of what comes with beach living. The windows in the family room had large amounts of bird poop on them which just kinda threw off the ocean view vibe. I reached out if anything could be done and it wasn’t. And while everything appeared very clean I had a crawling baby whose hands and legs were very dirty after our first hour there. They do have some puzzles and games we enjoyed, beach toys we could borrow, and the furniture was very comfortable. Our kids already asked when we could go back to stay at the same place and we for sure would!

Great Stay!

Overall impression was great! Condo is in good shape, clean, and in a terrific location. The only problem was that the curtain overlooking the lanai in the master bedroom didn't open fully. Something needs to be fixed. Would definitely stay at 205 Shorewood again.

Perfect Condo

This was our 3rd time staying at a Shorewood condo and it was by far the best! Beautifully renovated and wide open floor plan. The view of the ocean is amazing. My only ask for the owner would be to add some throw blankets in the living room as at gets a little chilly under the ceiling fam If you don't have a car, the location is wonderful with a short walk to just about anything you could want at Caligny Beach. Grocery store, restaurants, shops, ice cream - it has it all.The pool was never crowded and the beach was clean.
