With just a short drive, you can be at the Frio in less five minutes. This home offers an open concept kitchen and living area and is furnished with everything you would need for cooking and serving your guests. It has all stainless appliances and offers all the luxuries you would need after a long day on the river. Once back at the house you can relax on the back porch or in the large pool. With an outdoor entertainment area and in a quiet subdivision this home is the perfect place to get away to for your next vacation.

This home comes with a parking pass for river access. It is about a 100 yard walk from parking to Seven Bluff Crossing. You can drop your stuff by the river and then go park.

Perfect weekend stay!

Home was super clean and exactly as described. Amazing backyard/ pool area to spend the evenings in after a long day at the river. Very close to 7 Bluff Crossing which made our days a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 17 enjoyed an extended getaway at Casa Roja. The outdoor area was everyone's favorite. The kids stayed in the pool while the adults sat under the ceiling fans and visited. The house lay out was perfect for multiple families and varying ages of children. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having the pantry to store all the food for our stay. It was a quiet subdivision and we enjoyed taking a walk in the evenings. Lots of wildlife to see. Rental manager was great a quickly communicating with us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our only wish is that the house came with river access. It was an added expense to pay for our group of 17 to spend time at the river. Thank you for hosting our family!

My family and I had an amazing time at Casa Roja! The home was very spacious and stocked well with amenities and equipment to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. The pool was a fan favorite, as was the yard space to play volleyball, horseshoes, and more! Even the interior was larger than expected and was plenty spacious for our large group. Our host was always quick to respond and helpful when needed. This property is definitely going on our visit-again list!

Rooms have great amount of space for the amount of beds per room. House has always been clean when we receive it for the years we have gone.
