This home has a deck on every level overlooking the simply amazing view of Concan and the valley below. There's even a rooftop deck that allows you to take in a spectacular 360° panoramic view. Also, what would vacation be like without your four legged friend?

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house needs a good cleaning. No bathroom rugs, no kitchen towels, very bare bones on that aspect. Driveway is tight for large trucks. And the oven didn’t work.

The place is awesome. We loved the view. Place had everything we needed. Water pressure in the downstairs master bath needs to be looked at. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing getaway with the family at this home. The views are spectacular and the space feels just like home. I can’t recommend this home enough and we will definitely keep this one on the lookout the next time we head that way. Thank you for being a great host and sharing this beautiful home with us!

Place was clean, but when they say take your towels, "take your towels" even paper towels and kitchen towerls and your bath towels. Also highly recommend to get / map directions to get to the place. I know it says if you have AT&T service you will have no problem, but what if you don't then thats a problem. And you really cant walk to the river from there, too much branhes and trees.

We stayed here from September 26–29 and really enjoyed it. The place looked just like the listing, and the view was amazing — definitely a highlight of the trip!Check-in was super easy, and the host was great — very responsive and helpful. The only small issue was finding some trash under the beds that wasn’t ours, which made us wonder how thoroughly the place is cleaned. Other than that, everything seemed comfortable and as expected.

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views - but make sure to read description!

This home was the perfect location for our family vacation. Its hilltop location provides you with the most breathtaking views, perfect for sunrise and sunset watching, and even stargazing. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Make sure to plan your meals since there’s only a handful of restaurants nearby, and the nearest HEB or Walmart is about 30 minutes away. I would 100% recommend floating the Frio with Andy’s on River Road, visiting Garner State Park, and watching the bats take flight at the Frio Bat Cave. My only notes for future guests would be to make sure you read the description fully. I did not see that towels were not included. This caused a minor hiccup for our group, but thankfully we brought beach towels for the river. Other than that, this house was the perfect home away from home and we will definitely be back for our next summer adventure.
Sunrise on the porch, you can hear the river rushing and the birds singing. Perfect way to start the day.
Garner State Park
Frio Bat Cave - the second largest bat colony in the world. An incredible experience.

Frio trip

We loved the house. The porch views were amazing. We loved spending time out there on the rocking chairs. The house had plenty of room for everyone.

Amazing Views

We stayed over Father's Day weekend, the manager checked up on us to make sure everything was good, they also gave us free parking to a nearby river site, saved us some parking fees, the views to this house was beautiful!! I have people asking me about the house because of the views, the stay was nice, I will definitely be coming back to this place!!
