Located on the desirable Second Row from the beach and also right across from beautiful Lake Dogwood. You'll see gorgeous sunsets, a water fountain and waterfowl from the front porch, throughout the year. And of course, turtles, from the park just steps away! Beach Accesses are an easy block away from either side of the house.

The space
This isn't your typical vacation rental!! Fully renovated two-story house with new furniture and amenities. "Smart Home" enabled, Alexa devices, and our smart control switches located throughout. This will allow even the most technically challenged guests to take advantage of light control, music, scenes, and other options.

A Level 2 EV Charger is installed for families with electric vehicles, offering a standard J1772 connector.

The main level Master en Suite (King bed) offers a dedicated bathroom with walk-in shower and East-facing view of the pool area, and Surfside sunrises!

The upstairs Master (King bed/chair & 1/2 single)) offers a separate alcove/office area with a shared computer, as well as a beverage station for drinks and a Keurig coffee maker. The perfect spot for spectacular West-facing views of Dogwood Lake and the sunset.

The other upstairs bedroom (sleeping for up to 5) has plenty of comfortable seating for sunrise viewing… or playing the latest version xBox on your own account… or both!

The main living space (sleeper sofa) is setup with a home theater system, offering surround sound and a large 65" TV. The dining room table seats 6 but the kitchen bar can seat an additional 4 as well.

Throughout the house, there's SONOS sound systems, and wall mount TV's in each bedroom. You can choose from many pre-configured music stations or AIRPLAY your own music of choice anywhere in the house.

All TV's are setup with ROKU streaming players in 'guest mode', allowing you to utilize your own subscriptions for many of the streaming services. Standard Cable is available, as well, via the player.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house through both exterior doors. The neighborhood pool is right behind the house for you to enjoy. Dogwood Lake Park is right across the street and is free to the public.
