Oceanfront TH avec piscine, à quelques pas de la plage

Cette maison a trois chambres, deux salles de bains et demi. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec salle de bains et dispose d'un walk-out balcon et vue sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux pour dormir un total de 6 personnes.

L'étage principal est une conception de vie ouvert, avec la cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous connectés. Les chambres familiales s'ouvre sur une véranda privée en bord de mer avec une chaise de sièges de capitaine pour 6. Il y a une piscine complexe privée et terrasse solarium. Un garage privé pour 2 voitures, barbecue à gaz est fourni. Laveuse et sécheuse au 2ème étage.

Internet haute vitesse sans fil est fourni. Télévision par câble est disponible dans chaque chambre.

Notre famille est propriétaire de trois maisons de ville dans une rangée qui peuvent être réservés ensemble pour les réunions de famille ou de grands rassemblements. We wanted a place away from all the tourism of myrtke Beach. This location provided that. The host is great to work with and very responsive.

PERFECT LOCATION!

We absolutely loved staying here. The view is beautiful. It's a great walk down to Garden City Pier. Everything we needed to cook meals was in the kitchen. Pool is right in front of the condo if you need to keep your eyes on kids. We will definitely be back!

Great beach location!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. The beach is beautiful and the view from the house is excellent. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook very much so I can’t really comment on the how well stocked the kitchen is. I would highly recommend this rental!

RIght on beach

Great Surfside location right on beach!! Liked private entrance during Covid ( no common hallways). Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Appreciated beach chairs in garage. Great communication with Erin. Hope to be back again sometime!!

Perfect Family Location

We loved Surfside Beach. The beach and ocean was so close that our oldest (age 7) was able to walk between there and the pool without any concern. Everyone we met was so kind and family friendly. We had all the amenities of Myrtle Beach without the huge crowded beaches. The piers were both close and offered fun when you needed a break from the heat or something to do in the rain. We are already planning our next stay here! There were a ton of golf carts around that you could rent and we felt next time we would definitely look into it because we didn't really explore everything Surfside had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Las Palmas was wonderful, and they had everything we needed for a great Easter/Spring Break get away! The kids loved the pool area and we played pickleball a lot. I just hate how VRBOs have a ton of extra fees that aren’t factored into what you’re quoted when booking. Tell us what it costs from the beginning and then we’ll all be happy!🙂

Excellent Stay!

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a cute clean pool perfect to splash around in. Someone cleans the pool every morning and there are showers at the foot of the steps to the beach for rinsing sand. The stairs to the condos are very steep, but there are sturdy railings! Beds were comfy, I recommend the linen package! The water pressure and hot water were both perfect. Full kitchen is equip with a keureg and regular coffee pot and all the basic gadgets you need. Full size washer and dryer was just what we needed for the week. Erin responds almost immediately to any emails I sent and was extremely hospitable. I will be coming back in the future!

Great for Family Beach Vaca

This townhouse is a perfect place for a family with small children. The pool and beach access are right out the front steps. The owners even had additional beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and even spices! We loved the porch and upstairs balcony where we could enjoy the sites and sounds of the ocean and even saw dolphins! We were provided with plenty of shower towels but, unfortunately, no hand towels. And, the place wasn't as clean as would be expected - but this is a reflection on the cleaning service and NOT the owner. The owner had immediate responses to all of my questions and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The property manager is extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. Layout of home is perfect. Corner unit. Porch and upper level balcony with perfect views of ocean. Bedding, toiletries, and kitchen soaps were provided which was a very nice surprise. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Plenty of parking. Steps from the sand with easy access. The unit was not as clean as I had hoped, but that is a cleaning service issue and it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. The other occupants renting didn’t adhere to the “no smoking” signs and were chain smoking on their porches, so that stopped us from enjoying the porch and keeping the doors open to hear the ocean. Other than that, highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house but...

The house was terrific, very clean, well equipped and good location in Surfside however. It is 1 of about 12 or 14 townhouses in a u-shape facing the beach with a pool in the middle. Apparently most of the units the owners either live there or don't rent them out when we were there about six or seven of them were occupied by the owners and their families. They are constantly back and forth between houses large gathering and you definitely don't feel welcome. I loved the house but may not stay here again for that reason. If a quiet get away with family is what you want this is not the place.

5 Star Property

Here are the reasons that this is a 5 Star property: 1. Oceanfront with decks off of the living and master bedroom. 2. There is a set of stairs that goes from the living deck down to the pool and beach that is only shared with the townhouse next door. 3. A small family complex with only 15 units. 4. The owner, Chris owns this unit #9 and the 2 next to it #7 and #8 for larger groups. 5. Chris is always friendly and quickly answers all questions. 6. House is stocked with all the essentials. 7. There is a large 2 car garage that also has beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. 8. Ease of check in process 9. Comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets and towels. Thank you Chris! Our family had a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return!
