This brand-new construction custom-built home will offer everything you could want in a vacation rental and more. ‘Mulligan on 12th’ will offer all new interior furniture, custom closets and large kitchen that will be fully equipped with small and large appliances. Exterior amenities include a private swimming pool offering seasonal pool heat (fees apply) and a putting green to practice your perfect golf putt.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Summer Vacation with whole family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful newer home in great location close to beach. Travelled with grandparents so bedroom/full bath on main floor and pool with steps/rail were important. Floors were not clean when we arrived, mgmt quickly addressed. Issues with elevator due to storm - mgmt responsive but not fixed for final days which was disappointing. No grill which was bummer but otherwise kitchen has everything else needed. Quiet bedrooms upstairs and wonderful balconies off front and back.

Lovely Home -Lovely Furnishings- Everything One Could Want

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home. The furnishings were exceptional. Although all of the homes offered by Sea Star are nice, this was probably the nicest we’ve stayed in. The overall decor was tasteful and comfortable for our group with kids aged 1-11. The floor plan worked well for our group of three families. Everyone loved the putting green and pool area. Loved the furniture around the pool and looking into the brand for our own home. I never realized I needed a beverage cooler until this stay. The elevator was appreciated due to a recent knee injury. We are planning to stay here again and would definitely recommend this house.

Bring a screwdriver!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Mulligan on 12th. The home was beautiful, great location and the kitchen well stocked. That being said, the elevator didn't work upon arrival. Maintenance did come (after the text option told me we were doing it wrong). There was an issue with how the inside panel hadn't closed. He asked if I had a screwdriver and had to leave to get one! The sheets were very poor quality. There were not enough towels for the outside bathroom. Not even a bathmat. Was told they dont stock by bathroom count...only people. The worst was the condition of the floors. They were disgusting. Our feet were black walking on them. They did come the next day but communication was lacking. The person cleaning said "they were really dirty. But I didnt clean this one". They were improved but need about another 3 x doing what she did. Manager called me but apologized. That's it. Very disappointing.
