Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This 2-bedroom villa has been recently renovated and is the perfect oasis for a beach vacation. Nestled in the private oceanfront complex of Palmetto Dunes with perfect access to the beach and pool, the property features a complex pool, indoors and out! You will also have access to the complex elevator, hot tub, gym, and Palmetto Dunes Buggy!

The kitchen, living room, and dining room have an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite counters. The dining table seats six, and the living room features a 50'' Smart TV, comfortable chairs, and a sectional.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 40''' Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also shares a private balcony, perfect for taking in the ocean views. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 50'' Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Please Note: Building improvements are in progress at the Villamare complex now through March 2026, including work on the walkways in the complex, stucco, balcony, roof, and painting work. For this property, stucco work and painting are completed, however, work continues at the complex. Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.

We have stayed at Villamare 7 or 8 times and this was one of the best condos we have chosen. Very clean with nice updates. Great location within the complex. Easy access to the pool, beach, fitness center, and grills. We highly recommend this condo!

Loved the spacious condo with two separate bedrooms and baths. Great pools and the close proximity to beach works out perfectly. Always enjoy the numerous tasty restaurants nearby. A fabulous and relaxing location.

We love Villamare! It is a beautiful and has all the right ammenities. Our condos views were spectacular. Would love to stay there again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful recently renovated condo. Great view and location as well. My only complaint is that the actual cost differed from my total at VRBO checkout because apparently the rental company charges 40 for a single parking pass and I did not see this anywhere in the listing.

Perfect beach vaca spot!

We had an amazing time. The condo is right on the beach and we loved the place. Great food all over the island. Coffee and shops right across the street! Great view and warm pool this place is a must see. Pictures don’t do this beautiful place justice!

A nice place for a beach vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our stuff. Overlooked one of the man made ponds, but could see the beach/ocean in the distance. The shower head in the 2nd bathroom was clogged with calcium deposits. Great restaurants near by. The elevator we used developed an issue near the end of our stay. The parking level button quit working, so we would have someone take the stairs to the 1st floor and bring the elevator down to us. One of our party members was in a wheelchair. There was at least one other elevator in our building, but we did not go looking for it. The shower head was the biggest inconvenience, but we all had fun, felt safe, and clean, and we enjoyed the pool and beach.

The beds were comfortable but we would suggest bringing your own pillows as those provided are really flat. The shower heads could be replaced soon as one of them beats you without any control of changing it. All of the appliances work well and seem new. The condo is decorated very tastefully and had plenty of space for us.
