The Space:

Perched on the fourth floor of Windsor Place, this end-unit villa puts the full sweep of the Atlantic right outside your door. Step onto your private balcony and take in the dramatic ocean views stretching to the horizon - below, the oceanfront pool area beckons with a spa, a barbecue area, and a children's pool. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee to the sound of waves or settling in for a sunset, this is the kind of view that resets everything.

 

Living space

The living area offers a comfortable retreat after a day on the sand, with a sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests and a TV for movie nights in. The dining area includes bar seating for three, and the balcony is equally inviting for an alfresco meal with that sweeping ocean backdrop. A dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi make it easy to extend your stay and work or study remotely when needed.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features one king bed, offering a restful night's sleep after long beach days. The common space includes a sofa bed, making this villa well-suited for up to four guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook your own meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Whether you're keeping it simple with breakfast before hitting the beach or preparing a proper dinner, the kitchen handles it all.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the villa, each with hot water and a bathtub. A hair dryer and cleaning products are provided, along with the essentials: towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper.

 

Outdoor amenities & resort access

Windsor Place sits within Palmetto Dunes, an oceanfront resort community offering a full range of activities just steps or a short bike ride away. An 11-mile lagoon winds through the resort for canoeing and kayaking, while bike paths, golf courses - including the Arthur Hills course within walking distance - tennis, pickleball, boating, shopping, and dining round out the options. When the weather suits, add a beach walk alongside loggerhead turtle nests, dolphin spotting, or ghost crab hunting to your day.

 

The Dunes Buggy, a complimentary on-demand transportation service, runs within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from mid-March through mid-September - a convenient way to get around the resort without the car.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

The pool is heated October 15th through November 30th, and April 15-April 30th.



Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
