Host cancelled our stay 3 hours before check in

Disappointed. Drove down from MO and as I’m crossing into Texas get a message over Venmo saying your stays been cancelled and refunded. Host communicated poorly in my opinion. Very disappointed as this place is in a small town and there were zero other options available.

Ulyssa, We again apologize for having to cancel your booking. It was truly an extenuated circumstance that we could not control and was not a safe environment to host your family. I personally contacted numerous hosts/properties to find alternative accommodations for your family. There were several options available that you rejected. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to provide a better experience. This is our first review under 5 Stars across all platforms.
