Bienvenue Ă  Anna Maria Island '' paradis sans attitude ''. Notre unitĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, est situĂ©e dans le village d’Anna Maria, dans une rue rĂ©sidentielle tranquille, Ă  quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc. Un arrĂȘt de tram gratuit, des magasins, une variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants, les deux quais de pĂȘche, le centre communautaire de l'Ăźle sont tous accessibles Ă  pied.
Nombreux concerts locaux, festivals, expositions d'artisanat d'art et feux d'artifice en fonction de la saison de votre visite.
Avec Bradenton, Sarasota et Tampa si proches, vous pouvez ĂȘtre aussi occupĂ© que vous le souhaitez avec d'infinies activitĂ©s ou vous promener tranquillement sur la magnifique plage, regardez les dauphins nager pendant que vous attendez le coucher de soleil spectaculaire.

This cute cottage suited our family of 4 perfectly. The backyard is a nice addition, The king size beds in both bedrooms were a bonus since most rentals we have stayed in here have queens. The location is a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. As a vacation rental property owner myself I greatly appreciated the communication from the owner and the pride in ownership is obvious. We look forward to staying here again.

It was perfect for our pet! Fenced in yard and perfect neighborhood for walking our dog. The home was very comfortable from the king size beds to the living room with reclining sofa and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The home was exceptionally clean and very well decorated. We will definitely be back again.

This was an amazing place to stay! Right between the beach and bay so it’s easy to walk to everything, did not have to get to the car once! The place was very clean and decorated nicely, the backyard is nice and private. Overall great place and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I were on a family vacation with additional family staying in another VRBO. This home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and very well furnished with everything you could need. It is a short 3 block walk from the beach and home provided beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon. It is within walking distance to all the little cafes and shops on the island. One of the best VRBO homes we've rented. If you are going to Anna Maria Island, we highly recommend this home!

Two Night Anna Maria Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and matched the pictures. The property was near a very nice beach at the end of the road and close to restaurants and shopping. Cindy was a great host and made sure we had no issues during our stay.

A Perfect Island Getaway!

We had the absolute best time staying at Cindy’s place on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal; just a short stroll to the beach, and close to cute shops, restaurants, and the free trolley stop. We loved spending our mornings on the porch with coffee and our evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets just a few minutes away.Cindy was a fantastic host; responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her property and cares about her guests’ experience. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality!We’re already dreaming about coming back and would 100% recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay on Anna Maria Island.
