This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

A very clean and nice place to stay. It was refreshing to find such a well equipped "chef's" kitchen! We visit Prescott a few times each year and will definitely put this home at the top our our list.

We have stayed at a number of VRBOs in different locations around the country over the past 15 years, and this is one of our top three favorite places to stay. Everything was as advertised, and it was GREAT being able to use the garage. We couldn't be more happy and hope to return sometime in the future.

Gracious hosts! This vrbo is so very well appointed! It has everything one could possibly need while away. It’s decorated nicely, spacious inside & with how 2nd bath is situated, it’s an en-suite too. Very comfortable! We didn’t sit on back patio because outdoor temp was still quite hot. We would like to try and stay again in fall/winter.

This property was the best short term rental I have stayed in for the price charged. Perfect for one or two couples. Plenty of space with 2Br and 2 bath, large kitchen, dining, lounge area. Beds and couch were clean and comfortable, kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with nice touches throughout. Communication with host was quick and responsive. Lovely to have a garage too. We will be back.

We enjoyed another blessed day at this beautiful pristine property Nestel in the heart of the city of Prescott. These owners take pride in their property and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. We never have to worry about buying snacks before we arrive because they have everything fully stock. Fresh coffee, spices for every milk you can imagine and plenty of ice, which is refreshing. Can’t wait to get back up here to enjoy one of the most relaxing properties we’ve ever stayed at. Well done.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a week. Everything for our comfort was provided by the hosts. We only used one bedroom suite but this property would also accommodate two couples or a small family. The king bed was very comfortable and there was a big screen tv in the bedroom as well as the living room area. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of goodies there for us including delicious ice cream bars in the freezer. This home is a 5 minute drive to Whiskey Row shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed day trips visiting the Hall museum in town, Jerome ghost town, Camp Verde state park, and a fabulous Hummer ride into the local mountains from the Angry Ape tour company. We will be back and next time will do some hiking and a ride on the Verde Mesa train. Sedona is only an hour away also. Don’t sleep on this one. It books up fast and for good reason.

The property resonated comfort the minute we walked through the door. We loved the layout, and that there were TVs in each bedroom, though we only used one. The amenities were everything we needed and the ice cream in the freezer was a added bonus! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.
