Featuring an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, and dedicated workstation with free wifi. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood.

This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.
The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering loads of natural light. The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 4, plus additional seating at the kitchen island bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. And that's not all! There's also in suite laundry machines, free to use for our guests. You'll find a powder room bathroom beside these.
Just down the hallway behind the kitchen you'll find a King sized bedroom. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. Outside of this bedroom is the main bathroom which features a shower/tub combo.
The other bedroom is next to the living room, and is separated by a sliding glass door. This King sized bedroom features a private balcony patio, a dedicated laptop-friendly work-station and floor to ceiling windows.

• The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards.
• You will have exclusive use of this apartment.
• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.
• Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM.
• There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $15/night. Please inquire prior to arrival about a parking pass. There's also paid street parking nearby.
The Neighborhood:
The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. 5. Please note that lost/stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee.
