Sleep on new premium matresses that provide the utmost in luxury and comfort. Entertainment room upstairs has a foosball.

Note: Cable tv is not available at this home. However, the homeowners have a subscription to YouTubeTV for all TVs in the home. The TV's are all streaming TV's so that you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ apps and more.

Ocean View Beach Club is located only 1+ miles from the Atlantic Ocean in Bethany Beach. Ocean View Beach Club is a resort community inspired by health & wellness with beach amenities. Enjoy a bike or shuttle ride to the beach, or relax by the pool & clubhouse! The state-of-the-art club facilities include an 8,000-sf clubhouse w/fitness center, spa/steam rooms, yoga/classes/get togethers & more. There is also be a multitude of outdoor sport courts including pickle ball, basketball, walking trails, community areas and outdoor pool w/waterfalls. Boaters can enjoy the nearby boat launch at the Assawoman canal.

Passes: You do not need to purchase any recreational passes if you do not want to. At Ocean View Beach Club, amenities passes cost $38 per person per week for guests aged 6 and over, between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day.
Purchase after you arrive for only those who will be using the resort amenities.

The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Parking: Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.
The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking. In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Ocean View Beach Club Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

POOL - Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, renters (age 6 and over) must purchase renter wristbands for $38 per person per week. Access cards are provided by the home. Discounts for longer-term renters may be available. For more info, contact the Clubhouse Committee at OVBCclubhouse@gmail.com. To purchase a wristband, please stop by the clubhouse office during business hours. The clubhouse is open every day from 5am to 10pm. The outdoor pool is open from 9am to 9pm in season, from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* You must adhere to the community / hoa rules.
* If . you don't abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please don't break the house rules).
