Profitez de l'incroyable Marina Vues de cette maison! Situé sur le front de mer au Pot-Nets Bayside, ce spectaculaire Accueil dispose de 4 chambres, 3 bains, une véranda extérieure donnant sur la marina et des espaces de vie ouverts qui combinent la cuisine, salle et Salons. Promenez-vous 5 minutes le long de la Marina Boardwalk se rendre à la très populaire Paradise Grill. Piscines, plage, tennis et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Bateau glisse sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est inclus avec cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et sont donc les animaux de compagnie. Très bien situé pour faire du kayak et Stand Up Paddleboards! Il est à quelques minutes à World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minutes), Tanger Outlet Centers-__gVirt_NP_NN_NNPS<__ libre d'impôt (20 minutes), et les centres-villes pittoresques de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour de 7 nuits minimum pendant notre saison d'été. Check-in à 16 heures le dimanche, et check-out est à 10h le dimanche. Nous avons de 2 nuits minimum, à tous les autres moments de l'année.

The home was lovely, well furnished, and we had all the extras that we needed. Spent a lovely, quiet week along the marina over the Christmas holiday, and just loved our time there.

Great family geteaway

This was our first family visit with my parents since Covid. The house was a perfect place for the reunion and spending time together. We loved the layout, location, and golf cart.

544 Sea Glass in Pot- Nets Review

The house was very nice but poorly and cheaply equipped to justify the cost of the rental. Had to go out and buy additional bath towels due to the poor quality. The property rental manager was very informative and always quick to respond. The rest of the staff however were unprofessional and rude. Overall, disappointed. Would not return or recommend to others.

Great location and house

Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3. Enjoy stay and golf cart was great.

Guys Golf Weekend and Getaway

Peaceful New Years

Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

A relaxing New Year

Plenty of parking with a fully stocked kitchen including a large crock pot! Paradise bar and grill is close by along with a large private beach. Getting around the community is easy with the supplied golf cart in the shed. Something else that is in the shed is a full size propane grill. My favorite spot in the house is the large front porch where my family and I would enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks at night.

Great water view and kid friendly vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.

We love the Potnets!

The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to run around. We did have an issue with our dryer in our unit but Debbie, the property manager was so wonderful. She had our laundry sent out to be cleaned and then also gave us $100 for the inconvenience. I was blown away by the customer service. Paradise grill is also an awesome spot. The golf cart made the vacation very enjoyable also as we didn’t have to drive our car at all. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Weekend Retreat

There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless upon arrival. The main living area of the house is so open and airy, plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. We made use of the Golf Cart included, exploring the community. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a lovely vacation all around. The property manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful and personable. This was a wonderful vacation experience.

It was the perfect setting for after a long day of golf at the beautiful Baywood Greens Golf Course.Debbie Wilhelm was an absolute pleasure to work with in setting up our stay and you should very happy to have her as your rental manager.I would gladly give Debbie and our accommodations at Pot-Nets, 5 stars!
