- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an smart-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.
The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking. In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Ocean View Beach Club Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. AMENITIES AND POOL
Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, renters (age 6 and over) must purchase renter wristbands for $38 per person per week. Discounts for longer-term renters may be available. For more info, contact the Clubhouse Committee at OVBCclubhouse@gmail.com.

To purchase an access card or wristband, stop by the clubhouse office during business hours.
The clubhouse is open every day from 5 am to 10 pm. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
The outdoor pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm in season, from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.
There's a small library in the clubhouse with plenty of good beach-reads (books and magazines).

The beach shuttle runs on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), plus Memorial Day, July4th , and Labor Day, from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. the shuttle makes three stops in the community (bridge near 34045 Gooseberry Avenue corner of Old Orchard and Beach Club avenues, and corner of Nantasket and Gooseberry avenues). That means you don't have to go to the clubhouse to catch the shuttle.

Shuttles run on the half hour from the clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one leaves at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (last one returns at 4 pm). Passengers six years of age and over must wear an OVBC renter wristband.

* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* Strict no smoking
* Strict occupancy shall not exceed that posted for this home
* Strict no loud parties or student celebrations
* You must adhere to the community / hoa rules.
* If . you don't abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please don't break the house rules).
