Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in Love county. Double wide mobile home on acreage. Quiet, warm, relaxing. Horse stable. 2 acres fenced for large animals. Separate small fenced backyard of home.
The space
Close to Lake Murray and Lake Texoma
2200 sq. ft with 4 bedrooms on large acreage. One large living room with fireplace. Kitchen with lots of counter space. Cozy dining room with beautiful Oklahoma pasture views. Large master suite with log cabin bed and large master bath- shower and Victorian style claw foot bathtub.

Gravel driveway and parking.

Queen bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom.

Beds in young persons room sharing Jack and Jill bathroom with Queen bedroom.

Covered carport parking for two vehicles with a concrete sidewalk leading to mobile home. Stairs leading up to mobile home has rails. Sidewalk and patios are concrete. Backyard patio is completely covered.

There are ATV trails at Lake Murray that are 10 minutes away. 1000 acres of various terrain with access to several beaches. We have plenty of space to securely park your trailers (with ATVs or boat) while you are renting.

3 miles from Lake Murray, nearest public access is Marietta Landing. Boat rentals are available at private marina Murray Harbor. Lake Murray is great for fishing, skiing, wakeboarding. There are mountain bike and hiking trails at Lake Murray as it is a state park.

The Lake Murray state park lodge is 15 minutes away featuring an 18-hole golf course, boat and jet ski rentals, playground areas, miniature golf, horseback riding.

2 miles from Hickory Creek Wildlife Management for hunting or fishing. An active fishing or hunting license is all that is required to enter.

Winstar World Casino is also in Love County and only 20 minutes away. Concerts, rodeos, or a day playing at the casino then come back to your private home with secluded quiet patio.

There is a Nature Center serving as an observation tower for the lake (5-10 min. drive)

Getting around:

We are located approximately 5 miles East of I-35. An easy drive from North Texas taking the Marietta exit. A 1.5-2 hr drive from the OKC metro area.

Once you arrive at the property, there is a private gated drive. Please take care to notice any children on the private road before you enter our property. There are two homes at front of road that are not associated with this rental and are not the hosts.

This home is on a large acreage and there are markers to indicate rental property boundaries

The house is very spacious, and there was plenty of space for my family and I. Close to Marietta which was perfect for us since my parents live near by. There were lots of board games and toys for the kids. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Weekend getaway from the city

My wife and a couple friends enjoyed their escape from the city (and the kids) for the weekend. Property was quiet, family rooms were comfortable, beds were okay, kitchen pans were limited when cooking for just a couple people. Overall a good experience.

Much needed stay

This property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very close to the lake and had trailer parking. The outside property was just as clean. Even the grill was clean, which never happens at these rentals. Jennifer, the owner, was wonderfully helpful. We had a great time and a much needed reset.

Terrific Everything

My mates and I really enjoyed ourselves at the Lake Murray getaway. The house had every convenience we wanted, including excellent internet for a rural location. The property is about 15 acres: large enough for variety, but not so big as to get lost. We didn't try the oven, grill, or fireplace, but everything we wanted to use worked. Jennifer also did a great job communicating with us about arrival and departure details. We would definitely stay there again!

very peaceful country property

This was an excellent property. A little far away from primary locations for us but very peaceful and quiet. The only suggestion I would have is that the master shower is not the best. You could not adjust the spray and it was difficult to try to hand hold it in the space in the shower.

Great host

Host communication was great very friendly only complaint I would have is it’s not very boat trailer friendly doable but a process but they did just get the property and are going to fix the issue the previous owners fencing decision where intresting but they are actively fixing any issues they found great place close to the dive park I plan to use a lot more in the future 5 STAR host for sure

It was so nice and just the right size for our family. Loved doing smores outside and looking at stars. We thought the place was so nice and all the little extras made me feel like we were in a hotel. I loved the makeup wipes and lotion as I forgot mine because I was packing for the kids. Everything was well stocked and everything we needed. My husband wanted to mention to you that the left side of sink may have a leak trash bags were a little wet and I left a couple towels drying in the dryer and others are folded and cleaned and in laundry room. Trailer Parking was nice for the boat. My husband said you might be missing a few low hanging branches when we took the boat out lol. We would love and can't wait to stay again it was so nice and relaxing.
