About this space
The 3500 square foot house is on a secluded and wooded five acre plot. Private, but neighbors near. Full kitchen, theatre room, game room with pool table; TV's in living room, and all bedrooms, plus TV viewing in theatre room. Theatre room has XL sofa, three electronic reclining theatre chairs, popcorn popper and 7.2 surround sound Master bath has bubbler tub. Satellite TV.
15 minute drive to Lake Murray Marina. 30 min drive to Lake Texoma. 20 minutes drive to downtown Ardmore.
The space
great for outdoors; fishing, hiking, nature walking; room to park your boat or jet skis
Guest access
Full access to the home. Food items in the pantry as well as spices, condiments, etc.
wine fridge, beer, sodas, candy and popcorn are on honor bar system

The maximum number of guests (including children over the age of 1) is 12. If you need to exceed this number, please contact the host prior to booking.
Other things to note
We are committed to the rental Living Wage Pledge. We pay a house keeping service to clean the home, wash sheets, towels, blankets and every item used by renters. Our housekeeping service ensures that the space is safe and sanitized and we have signed the COVID best practices pledge. We have the home cleaned before you check in as well as before you check out. We are committed to your well being and your safety as well as the well being, safety, and fair pay to our house keeping service as they do an excellent job caring for our home.

We will consider requests for fewer than 3 nights on a case by case basis; Please contact us with your request.

Please note: 1) This is not a home dedicated for rental use only; it is our second home and we treat it as such. It is our pleasure to share our home with you, but please know that we do have photos, personal belongings, etc. 2) the home is not baby proofed, so feel free to baby proof as you go! and 3) we are pet FRIENDLY and many dogs and cats leave behind their hair and dander and while we do our best to clean and remove, there will be pet hair and dander in some places.

We enjoyed the theater room once we figured out which of the 12 remotes did what. The ovens need a good cleaning. There was lots of dog hair all over the place. We really had to watch the pre toddler and clean her hands a lot. We finally vacuumed and swept the floors toget most of it up.

Great experience and helpful!

Our family was staying here for a funeral and the owners were able to accommodate us with an extended stay so we didn’t have to find a new room on the the day of the funeral. Very kind and helpful! Our family, especially my grandma was so thankful.

Highly recommend this lovely home, with one recommendation for the homeowners: the home needs some spring cleaning. Property manager was accessible and always very helpful. The theatre room was one of our favs!

Comfortable home

Wonderful host! She was so gracious! The home and property are 10 minutes from Lake Murray. Large beautiful home. It worked out great for our family in town for a family reunion. The pool table and toys for the kids were a huge bonus! Thank you!

We love being on the back patio at night. The sounds, the sights, the smells. It's the best country living has to offer.

Our theatre room gets alot of compliments as does our kitchen and fully stocked pantry. We are near Hardy Murphy, Ed Noble Research, and Lake Murray for trails and boating fun.
