Lovely apartment

The apartment was a great size, was very clean with basic essentials provided. Jason replied to any queries we had promptly and was very helpful. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to Newark Penn Station and then it took about 30 minutes to get into New York City. Easy to check in and out with the keyless door entry and other residents very friendly. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice appartment

Fine, clean appartment. At night noisy outside, because they were repairing the road. In the evening we did not feel safe to walk from the trainstation.

Great guest It is safe and never had one issue with previous guest walking at night. Walking around in a urban city at 3am is not a safe anywhere

Newark

The place was as advertises. Checkin prosess was not smooth or convenient. I had to contact the property mgr for instructions while standing in the lobbly. There was also no book inside the property with wifi password, check out instructions, etc.

I apologize for any inconvenience I've caused in the checkin procedures. To be honest it was out first time booking in VRBO and the messaging from VBRO was not as prompt as I had expected. Whatever the case I truly apologize for thr delay in check in and also in the wifi info delay. Thank you for your honest view and I will work harder to improve.
