Panama City Beach. The resort is equipped with a sauna, steam room, exercise room, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, assigned parking space and is located right on the beach!

Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 18th floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts of home, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable hook up. It also has direct balcony access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct balcony access. It is also equipped with a flat panel TV. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. It also has a flat panel TV.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Parking pass and arm bands are not included in the rental. They may be purchased at time of arrival from the office vending machine. Details will be included in the welcome email.

Great Stay

Wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. My family was able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Best PCB stay!

The property was very clean! There was easy access to the trash chute and you didn’t have to wait long at all at the elevators. The check-in process was a breeze because you just show up and everything is ready for you. If you have questions the owner replies almost immediately which was great!

Sunsets every night

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo. It is everything as described. Beautiful sunsets from the 18th floor, literally a few steps from the beach and the ocean, your own parking spot, and walking distance to restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and the washer and dryer allow you to pack the minimal amount of clothes. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay. We’ll be back.

West Panama, spring break 2023

The location was great! The unit was freshly updated and beautiful. The elevators were some of the quickest I've ever used. Everything was convenient (pool, hot tub, beach, restaurants). The "supervisor" of the condo....whew! I have no idea what her name is, but she looked to be in her late 40s - early 50s, blondish/greyish hair, tatoos on calf/side of lower leg. Wow! She was something else to deal with. Very hateful, not pleasant to be around. We had no idea that kids under 12 couldn't be in the hot tub - we didn't read the sign. That is the one thing we always look forward to when going to the beach. There were a few kids under 12 in the hot tub, and that lady very rudely let them know that she "hates to bust your bubbles" but "get out,! You are NOT allowed to be in there." They left, as she stared them down. Another guy I met there had a very small speaker playing music as I was talking to him near the pool. The music was not loud at all. Ms. Crazy walked up to us, stared him down until he asked if he could help her, and she said, "yes you can help me by turning that music down." She stood there until he did. He said, "well, this will be my last time here." My family spotted her on two other occasions having very disruptive and very aggressive communications with other guests. One was by the swimming pool in which (I have no idea what the argument was about) we heard her say to a man and woman with kids, "if you don't like it, you can leave" while pointing in the direction of the road. Other than walking around on eggshells, fearing that I might make some mistake around this crazy lady, everything was good.
