Enjoy a peaceful stay at our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with FREE parking. 2 miles from Spooky Nook. Pet Friendly. Also easy access to Miami University, Fairfield and Interstae 275 and everything around the loop...Kings Island, Bengals, Reds, Cincinnati Zoo, Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium and more. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located place. Has 38 steps to enter unit.

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean. Only issue was the traffic noise that you could hear from all areas of the apartment. It was very loud in the master bedroom since it is on the main road. If traffic noise does not bother you then no issues. It is in a great location to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

As advertised!

The unit is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. The owner was super friendly and responsive with a minor key issue which was resolved quickly. One of the better rentals I have stayed in. We will stay here again in the future if it is available.

Nice property

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check out procedures were easy as well. It is in an area with lots of bars, restaurants, etc, which was ver convenient, although it was a bit loud at night.

Wonderful!!

Heart of Hamilton #6 was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I and his brother and wife were in town for a funeral. Needed a central location and this was it!! Very clean, cozy, easy check in and check out process. Jeff the host was very timely with responses!! We will return in the future!!

Very clean nicely decorated, and well stocked. The added extras were appreciated. There are two flights of stairs to get to this property. This was not a problem for us, but anyone renting should know this is NOT handicapped accessible.

Ideal in every way

We traveled to Hamilton for a volleyball tournament. We travel often but we were not familiar with the general area. Hamilton is a quaint and pleasant surprise! Our stay at this rental was perfect - much more room than a hotel, very clean and was right in the center of the downtown area. This made it easy to walk to the local bakery, grab dinner with teammates and shot the bourbon bar for a nightcap. We would highly recommend this rental and will likely stay here again if our club returns next year for this tournament!

Neat & Clean. Just as advertised

You can go wrong by booking this place. Everything is as advertised. Neat, clean and updated. The only thing that could give you pause is the 38 steps up to the apartment. I just look at it as getting some extra steps in my fitness quest. This place is close to most things in downtown Hamilton. We walked to the Fitton Center and Riversedge Amphitheatre and a few local places to eat and for coffee.

Parents weekend

The property is well-maintained and nicely kept. two bedrooms allowed us to have our college-aged dtr stay with us one night. We had limited use of the kitchen, but it was great to have coffee on site and if staying for longer than a weekend, the benefit of this full kitchen would be fantastic. Parking is very convenient. Communication throughout the process from booking to leaving was great. The restaurant downstairs has great food and is very conveniently located! The only downside would be the traffic noise, but we easily moved into the 1st bedroom (guest room) for slumber and kicked the college student into the master. Problem solved! Stairs were not an issue for us, but for those who struggle with stairs be cognizant it's 2 flights straight up. We did forget to leave the parking pass when we left but were notified quickly and luckily we were still in the area to be able to easily drop it off, so don't forget to leave the parking pass -- if you have a LARGE rearview mirror, it's not so obvious it's hanging there! Thanks!
