Enjoy a peaceful stay at our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with dedicated work space and FREE parking. 2 miles from Spooky Nook. Easy access to Miami University, Fairfield and Interstae 275 and everything around the loop...Kings Island, Bengals, Reds, Cincinnati Zoo, Creation Museum and more. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located place. Has 38 steps to enter unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was located on a charming Main Street with great shops and restaurants just steps away, making it the perfect place to explore. The host was responsive and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our family attended a volleyball tournament at Spooky Nook Sports & this location was perfect for us considering distance from the venue. Traffic was a bit loud but doable once the night life settled. It was very close to a few restaurants and convenient stores as well. Apartment was crazy and comfortable. Glad we stayed!

BEWARE! THERE ARE 38 NARROW STEPS to the entrance of the apartment. With luggage it is damn near impossible. The key is in a lock box that is old and outdated. The Wifi password in the apartment clearly is in capital letters but per the host it is lowercase.I asked about an iron and was told it was not in the listing. Who doesn't offer an iron!!! Found one in their linen closet. closet. It offered Netflix but we had to get the host to help us login. If you are in your 20's with no children traveling with you this is great. If you are older do not! I repeat do not book this listing. It is a train wreck. The host acted like he couldn't be bothered.

This guest was a handful. Got a call at 1AM because they could not follow (and clearly lack the ability to read, listing says 38 steps) instructions with key so they had other guest locked out of the building. Have been hosting for almost 4 years and worst experience I have had with a guest. As far as being bothered, They called me 10 times (responed to ever one) in their 3 night stay. Man oh man glad thats over. LOL

Great place! Clean, cozy, and spacious. In a fun little neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of cute shops and restaurants/bars. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Comfortable beds. Ample towels and linens. Washer/dryer with soap. Free parking spot. Great communication. All great! The only beware is that the master suite is on the street side and has two giant windows which is lovely but there was a lot of foot/car/motorcycle traffic at night (Fri/Sat) so it was noisy until 1-2am. After that it was quiet. I kept wishing we could flip the kitchen and bedrooms around. Also, a good amount of stairs to get to the unit but I love that it was on the top floor with no one above us. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Location

We had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This was the perfect place to stay. We could come back during games to shower, rest and eat. Very clean and all amenities we needed.

Great place to stay. Jeff was quick to respond and helpful when we left our key for the front door. The place was stocked with coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent as well as personal care supplies. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We enjoyed staying here.

Great Location. Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was wonderful. We enjoyed the nice kitchen setup and entertainment setup. Staying for a month was very comfortable and convenient. Lots of extra special little touches that made our stay welcoming. I had an issue with my device trying to get back to the entry instructions and the owner was super helpful getting me sorted out.

Beautiful place near downtown Hamilton

The building has a lot of character, and has been well taken care of. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and convenient to walk to every place I needed to go while I stayed there. Some of the locks were a bit of a pain, but only had to retry once or twice to get them to open. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay.

This property was great. Very clean, great location, great communication from the property manager. Lots of steps and the designated parking space is very small, but we were able to park in the lot most of the time too because it was a weekend. A home away from home literally in this sweet little nook that’s far from spooky. Quaint, beautiful area, kind people. Home was lovely. Absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. We didn’t want to come back. Thank you Hamilton!

Great tournament weekend stay!

We stayed at the property for a tournament at Spooky Nook. It was a 2-3 minute drive from the apartment to the Spooky Nook parking lot. The apartment was exactly as described. Nice, clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have so many things in walking distance. You do have to walk up to the third floor, so keep that in mind. Parking was close nearby but we were able to pull up to unload and load right by the entrance. You do get some road noise from the street in the master bedroom but it wouldn’t stop me from returning. Highly recommend Billy Yanks downstairs for food and drink! We hope to stay again next time we are in town.

The apartment was beautiful. Had a nice layout. Very relaxing and comfortable. Only downfall if any is that there's 38 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Be disabled made it a bit of a hard time too walk up and down the stairs. And it's not really marked for where you are staying, so it made it a little hard to find. There's no address on the building. So I contacted Jeff and he told me where it was. Plus make note that there's only one parking space allotted for the apartment. Definitely enjoyed the stay !!!
