We booked our stay for 4 guests and arrived late at night after traveling. Upon arrival the couch bed that 2 of the 4 guests were supposed to sleep on was not in a usable condition. The bed frame appeared to be bent and was not able to be pulled out. It still had a used bedsheet on the bed mat as well. 2 people had to sleep on the floor, which is not what we paid for.

Rimfire is a great building. 2 hot tubs out front overlooking the mountains and parking lot. Place is great for 4 adults. Both mattresses are a bit warn, bring a bed topper if you want better support. Coffee machine has a built in system (no glass carafe needed - self dispensing with push button!). Plenty of cooking supplies. Bring your own seasonings, salt and pepper only provided). The best prox to the slopes!!! Overlooks the village and you’re basically above Starbucks and the village pub. It’s quiet at night. Loved the stay. Wish there was a second set of towels for each person so you can use a towel for sauna/ hot tub and then a clean towel for your shower. Not a major deal though. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Nice place, great location.

Stayed here with my spouse for a long weekend of skiing. Location is great and very comfortable for 2 people. Place was clean and underground parking convenient. Just a note for folks staying in the future, and this wouldn't impact the decision to stay here, but the listed mentioned soap/shampoo for the shower and some kitchen essentials, like salt, pepper, oil... there was no soap/shampoo, and only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also, of note, TP was 1-ply! We'd definitely stay here again, just would make sure to pack those items.

Loved RIMFIRE Lodge #219

Great place. Well stocked with essentials. Clean and comfortable. Best balcony view looking at Village Square in the village. Great view for any music events with stage at end of village. Needs a glass caraffe coffee pot for drip maker as it wae missing. Also would suggest some non-slip shower mat as the bottom of tub very slick and dangerous.

Stellar location and great customer service

We've been to Snowshoe many times over the years and stayed in several different areas. This is our favorite hands down! The location of this condo is just the best on the mountain. The condo itself has been recently renovated with new carpet and nice granite countertops and new sink. It was clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had one small issue with the main TV. I made a phone call to the maintenance person and he arrived and fixed the issue within an hour. Manish, the property manager, was also quick to respond to a message I sent about the issue. Upon check-in, we were given contact info for both maintenance and housekeeping issues, which is not something that not every host provides. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning soon!

Happy but sore

Everything was very good this time. Better than last time with the dishwasher instant. I only have two complaints. We did not know about the towels in the linen closet so we stayed there for four days with one tall each. Not your fault.The only real complaint are the beds. The living room hide to bed is so worn out that you were sleeping on the metal rails we couldn’t use it. I had to bring in cots to sleep on.The mattress in the bedroom is so broken down that you fall to the middle extremely soft left me hurting. We flipped it over and slept on the springs for two nights trying to get some sort of support. It really needs a new mattress.Other than that, everything was great. I still give you 100% review.Thank you
