Rimfire 259, 1 BEDROOM 1 BATH - SLEEPS 4 - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath (walk-in shower) with a full kitchen and living room with gas fireplace, conveniently located in the Village Center, walking distance to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. Village views from the deck offer a great location for Summer festivals. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps 4 with a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.
LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
