Cette unitĂ© est une belle unitĂ© non fumeur d'une chambre, 1 lit queen, 1 canapĂ©-lit queen. Regardez vos portes-fenĂȘtres et vous avez une vue imprenable sur le golfe. C'est l'unitĂ© parfaite pour une petite famille et le prix est vraiment correct.

L'unité a 1 salle de bain et 4 couchages, elle a pratiquement tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un merveilleux séjour à la plage. Il est joliment décoré avec tous les extras. Gulf View est un grand complexe avec une plage privée notariée et est proche de tout à Destin. En prime pour nos clients, nous avons un parapluie gratuit et 2 chaises que le service de plage mettra en place pour vous tous les jours en saison, sans frais pour vous.
Il s'agit d'unités NON amis des animaux.

Venez rester avec nous; nous sommes fiers de nos belles unités propres.

Another great stay at Gulfview!!!

This was our 9th year staying in the Gulfview Condos. We loved our visit this year. The condo was very clean and accommodating. The view off the front balcony is fantastic. The walk from the condos to the beach cannot be beat unless you're literally beachfront . Would happily stay in this unit again!!

Perfect for 3!

Great view, location and the condo had just about everything we needed! Onsite laundry is not desirable since the drier doesn’t work but for the price & our needs we would definitely stay again! Gorgeous beach and Pompano Joes too the list hands down

Excellent stay!

The condo was perfect with everything plus more that we needed. The photos of the beach view from the balcony didn’t do justice! It was so beautiful in person. The only recommendation would be to update bed to a King size, but it did just fine for 2 adults- we just had a toddler also. Overall, great stay and would love to reserve again!

Great view of the Gulf!

Had a great time! The private gate to the beach was just across the road and the pool was just steps away. The condo had a great view and had all the things we may have needed. Loved having the umbrella and chairs set up by Trent every morning. This was so relaxing.

Everything was perfect. Nice location. Clean facilities. I bumped into a towel bar and knocked it down and the very next day it was fixed. Lots of groceries stores nearby if you want to eat in and also some great restaurants. Very safe area !

Everything was great, but they could have at least supplied paper towels and dish clothes to wash dishes. Also no one had cleaned the cushions of the couch. There was candy and dirt in between the cushions.

Great Vacation

As always Gulfview was great. We stayed in 213 This time and it was very nice and very clean. We have stayed in 4 or 5 of the other units in Gulview 1 over the past few years and all were great. Even though its across the street, you are still closer to the beach than most places that are on the beach. Its a short walk and crosswalks are well marked so traffic stops with no problem for you to cross. There are no high rise buildings across the street so you have an unobstructed view of the beach from your private balcony. There are only 3 floors so there is no uncomfortable wait for a slow elevator while wearing your swimsuit and lugging all your beach gear. As soon as you walk out your door you are just a few steps away from the sand. We will keep returning every year as long as we are able.

Great location

The property was very nice and very clean. It was close to the beach with a beach setup that was great for us so we didn’t have to bring chairs every day. We do have two negatives. There were only 1 set of bath towels for the three of us. Wish there was more since there isn’t a washer & dryer in the unit. The listing stated that 1 of the 2 pools were heated. They were both freezing and we were unable swim. The ocean was considerably warmer. On the last day they must have turned on the heater as it was warm enough to get my feet in. Otherwise we loved the place and would recommend.

Great place!

What a great little apartment. Extremely clean and nice. Everything you need right there. Restaurants galore. Beach right across the street. Small but perfect for 3-4 people. Would love to come back. Maybe in April or May when it may not be as crowded. Loved it!

Absolutely the BEST!

The location was FANTABULOUS!! . We could see the ocean and beach from our condo. We loved having beach service, that’s a game changer! You don’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to fight for chairs! Will be back and would recommend 100 times over!

My husband and I stayed in a studio suite at Gulf View and were highly pleased. They sent us all the things and info we needed in emails. The room had a folder with things to do and places to eat. We will book again!!

Ocean view

The view was fantastic. Kitchen very small, no large shopping at one time recommended as there is no place to store unrefrigerated foods. Location is perfect. Beach access did not seem to be cleaned as frequently as the main access a few blocks down.
