La chambre et le salon ont tous deux de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat!

La cuisine a un nouveau réfrigérateur, un nouveau lave-vaisselle, de nouveaux couverts / ustensiles, de nouveaux plats et de nouvelles casseroles!

Gulfview II Condominium est un charmant immeuble de trois étages avec 350 pieds de plage cédée, ce qui est une promenade trÚs courte (2 minutes) de l'autre cÎté de la rue. Cette unité est une chambre avec lit queen et lits superposés (deux lits jumeaux); le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size et une salle de bains.

Le petit balcon privé a une légÚre vue sur le golfe selon la végétation de la cour. (Ne louez pas cet endroit pour la vue ... louez-le pour le prix!)

Il y a deux piscines, une chauffée et un bain à remous sur place. T

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à chaque étage du complexe.

Venez vous détendre et profiter de nos belles plages. Pas d'animaux et non fumeur.

Location location location

Great location for me and my significant other to spend an extended weekend. Super quick walk across to the private beach. Easy walk to both Kenny D or Popano Joes for lunch. Just adjacent to the second pool.

The place was very clean, enough towels. The private beach access was amazing, we just had to cross over the street and it was right there. Parking was very easy to access. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Very convenient to everything you would want to do. Very easy access to the beach. To access beach just walk across the street. Just was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

Not a great stay.

Unit was pretty clean, but there looks to be some kind of big leak going on above bathroom and the ceiling looked saturated.. there was a rotten smell going on right between the doorway of the bathroom and kitchen (not sure if it was coming from the saturated ceiling or not?) The bedroom vent in the ceiling made an awful noise which made it almost impossible to sleep, along with the people above us making a ton of noise till 4 am.The Queen bed was uncomfortable..when you moved the whole bed frame shifted to where u thought it might collapse. The bathroom sink barely drained and the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor. I reached out to the owner prior to our visit and never got a response and didn't hear from anyone our entire stay. Also, keep in mind the unit is by the pool and it was quite noisy..between that, the uncomfortable bed, the very noisy air vent in bedroom and noise above our unit we barely got any sleep and almost thought about leaving and getting a hotel room. I will say I was very surprised by all this because of the good reviews that was listed on this unit. I always make sure to book somewhere that gets really good reviews. We have been visiting Miramar Beach for 9 years now and have stayed many places and I have never wrote a negative review and really don't like to..but I feel this one is necessary. On a positive note, the location of this place is very convenient getting to the beach, parking is nice and property seems well maintained.

Nice but I Need to Add Additional Filters on my Next Search

Great location if you like the busier part of Destin. Its been about 9 years since my last beach visit and everywhere has seem to really grown up. I personally prefer the less crowded more secluded areas which this area used to be but has since become more popular. The condo was and clean, however no swimming pool or jazzcuzi but not the managers fault, it was just under maintenance. Was not thrilled with the back patio nor its view, but that was one thing I forgot to include on my search with vrbo. Luckily the ocean water was clear and beautiful. The area was right down from 30A so I was thinking it was going to be a little higher class crowds, but that was not the case. Still enjoyed our visit tremendously.

Great place, short walk to the beach

Great place to stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bunk beds in the hallway are an awesome use of space. The property was clean and on the quiet side. Walking distance to Kenny D’s restaurant. Property manager was great and made sure we were taken care of.

Best host ever

The place was super clean and I own a cleaning business myself so when I say it was clean.... it was clean, Chris is a very good host and was very responsive with any questions we had, the beach is just a minute walk across the street, pools were clean and there are lots of restaurants near by, grocery store and souvenir shops very close by as well. Everything you need is right here We will stay here again

Blackout curtains would make a huge difference in the bedroom. Not the property owners fault but the complex is extremely noisy. Definitely hear everything going on above you and outside.

This condo was everything we needed. Its conveniently located right across the street from the beach. I really liked that it has private access to the beach. The beach wasnt neatly as crowded here as it was to the leftvand right of the private area. Any future trips to Mirimar beach, ill definitly be looking to stay here again.

Great Location

We had a great stay! Location was amazing and easy access to the beach. Cons would have to be the shower needs some maintenance- the knob is really loose and can’t really get the water to a good temp you either take a hot hot shower or a cool shower. Overall was a good stay for me and my family.

Very nice place!

Loved the property and the Condo was awesome! If any downside at all would be you can hear the people above you especially if they have kids. Not a big issue I would definitely recommend Chris's condo and would stay there again. It is right above the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is very short and don't forget it's a private beach. Kenny D's is just a short walk and great food.

We loved the location and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us . Also loved the hot tub.

Easy beach access , great hot tub . Beds were comfortable . The unit was clean . Its close enough to walk to several restarants . I would stay here again . We loved it.

Great time

Had a great time property was as pictured and described. The pool and hot tub right outside was really nice especially cause it was a little colder than expected. First time in the area really cool with plenty to do. The beach was a very short walk across the street with private access. Most beautiful white sand and great beaches! The place itself could use some updating but overall had a great time and stay and would both recommend and come again! Thank you!
