Private oasis w/ heated saltwater pool close to the beach in great neighborhood

Casa de Bella is a well-appointed, updated, comfortable home with a private backyard, a heated saltwater pool with a screened-in lanai that is within 25 min of everything you could want, including the airport. The beach is less than 3 miles away so it is easy to get your toes in the sand and relax and watch an amazing southwest Florida sunset. As you arrive at Casa de Bella you will be greeted by a great neighborhood with a welcoming feel.

Upon entering you will notice a clean, wonderfully furnished home with comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and out with a view of the pool from virtually every living space. The living room is a bright open space that is great for reading, conversation, and/or games. There is a small bar area adjacent to this room. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you will need if you like to cook while vacationing - you bring the food and spices! The kitchen has both a tea maker and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a peninsula with counter-height stools as you enter the great room. The large great room offers a vaulted ceiling with a separate dining area and a separate TV area with plenty of seating. There are two primary king suites with walk-in closets and pool views that are arranged on opposite sides of the home. This design allows the guests to share the common living areas and yet feel a sense of their own space. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has access to the pool bath right across the hall with a dual entrance from the hall or from the lanai. This is great for a day spent by the pool. Each bedroom as well as the great room offers a television.

Off virtually all living areas there are pocket sliding doors to a spacious welcoming lanai and pool enclosure. The lanai boasts a full dining area as well as a comfortable outdoor seating set. This area is cooled when needed with two ceiling fans. The pool was converted to saltwater and in the mildly cool months will heat with solar. There is a pool heater (for an additional charge) for those who like the water warm.

Just steps away from the enclosure is a Weber gas grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. When the weather is cool there is a gas firepit for your use. The comment we receive frequently is how beautiful and private the backyard feels. You truly feel like you are in your own private oasis. There are four adult bikes as well as beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrellas, and a beach cabana for your use.
